VACANCY

PT. Darma Henwa Tbk is Engineering, Construction and Mining Company looking for a bright, English speaking, team player and hardworking person. All position to be based at Asam-asam Coal Project, (2 hrs from Banjarmasin, capital city of South Kalimantan):

A. Plant & Maintenance Dept

  • Maintenance Planner – Mobile Equipment (Code : MP)
  • Reliability Engineer (Code : RE)
  • Condition Monitoring Engineer (Code CME)
  • Maintenance Superintendent (Code MS)

General Requirement :
1. D3 / S1 in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Trade background.
2. Experience in maintenance task identification, planning, scheduling, allocation and completion for Mobile Mining Equipment ( MP/RE/CME/MS).
3. Sound knowledge and experience in heavy equipment maintenance and equipment strategy development.
4. Proven background in maintenance planning/scheduling (MP/RE/CME/MS).
5. Having knowledge in heavy equipment mobile technical & operation, fluid and oil analysis is preferable (specially for OEM product like : CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi).
6. Fluent in English, strong computer literacy, good interpersonal skill and motivate people.
7. Literacy with computerized maintenance management systems or EAM system e.g. JDE, would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Planner:

1. Developing weekly and daily work schedules for maintenance crew effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Developing shutdown schedules, short term plans and long term strategic plans.
3. Ensuring production targets are met through maximizing equipment availability and reliability.
4. Ongoing development of the maintenance management system.
5. Preparing historical recording and statistical analysis reports to monitor equipment performance.
6. Liaising with all departments to ensure planned tasks are adequately resourced and completed within the scheduled time frames.

Reliability Engineer :
1. Reliability Engineering to ensure that equipment can be operated reliably at optimum capability (Reliability Centre Maintenance).
2. Perform root cause failure analysis on breakdowns and abnormal equipment operation using FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis).
3. Develop Investigation Report in accordance with component premature failure / warranty component.
4. Provide technical analysis report in accordance with component premature failure.
5. Assess equipment/component physical condition and do economical evaluation.
6. Develop effective procedure for inspection, adjustment, parts, component replacement, and component overhauls.
7. Maintain and analyze equipment / component data and history record to predict future maintenance needs.
8. Assist with develop preventive maintenance service activity frequency (PMS) and rebuild frequency (PCR) with impact on equipment reliability and maintainability.
9. Use and maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), JDE preferable.
10. Investigate and develop component failure analysis and as results recommended to enhance the PCR and PMS.
11. Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI); $/hr, Physical Availability, MTBF, Failure Analysis, Un/Planned Ratio and develop strategy for improvement.

Condition Monitoring Engineer (CME)
1. Coordinate condition Monitoring Program : Oil Analysis, Undercarriage, Bucket monitoring, magnetig plug inspection, GET Usage.
2. Early detection and remedy of oil degradation, contamination and wear problems which would otherwise lead to costly damage, equipment failure or unsafe operation.
3. Extended Component life base on trending of parameters from oil analysis.
4. Coordinate between the SOS Laboratory, Site Planner and workshop to make recommendation Report and or execution base on both the SOS Result and units condition.
5. Ensures the sampling procedures and sampling periods are being done correctly.
6. To advise and provide recommendation action required regarding the result of SOS report, explain prompt failure information.
7. Assist and develop training of Oil Condition Monitoring to site personnel maintenance Crew.

Maintenance Superintendent (MS)
Reporting to the Plant and Maintenance Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage the Maintenance teams so as to meet operational requirements, while ensuring the required level of equipment availability is delivered and maintained at our project

Your duties and responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring the Maintenance teams plan & schedule all work according to company work management processes and KPI s.
2. Working closely with the Maintenance Planning team.
3. Ensuring all department availability and cost control KPI s are met or exceeded.
4. Liaising with Operations and other related dept to ensure all maintenance requirements are communicated, understood and accommodated.
5. Delivering plans which minimise cost and downtime but maximise overall equipment effectiveness.
6. Managing the safety performance of the Maintenance team via direct and ongoing liaison.
7. Conducting regular safety audits on work performed as per department requirements.

B. Finance Cost Controller

Reconcile, summarize, analyze and report all project costs through operational control, perform the operational functions of petty cash and finance the project to provide input cost information is complete, accurate and timely information to users in supporting the smooth improvement increase operational effectiveness and efficiency in project.

Requirements:
1. Male/Female – maximal 30 years.
2. S1 Accounting Graduate.
3. 1 Year Experience in a similar position preferably in Coal Industry.
4. Willing to be placed on the Site (East Kalimantan and South Kalimantan).
5. Could be able to using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
6. Good communication skills & presentation skill, both English and Indonesia.
7. Knowledge in terms of making and analysis of financial statements, internal control, design procedures preferred.
8. Proactive, Self learning and always update on tax knowledge.

C. HR Superintendent

Requirements:
1. Min. S1 in Psychology/Law/Management.
2. Has an extensive experience around 5 years in handling HR activities, minimum in supervisory level.
A high level of integrity and positive work attitudes.
3. Have a high level of conceptual skill and good command in English.
4. Have a comprehensive knowledge about Human Resources Development and Indonesia labour.
5. Has an experience in delivering training will be an advantage.
6. Age around 35 years old.

D. HSE Supervisor / Superintendent

Responsibilities:– Identify hazards and risks during the planning, operation and completion phase of work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
– Develop and monitor project HSE policies and regulations including distribution of any changes and amendments, and any new legislation in order to ensure compliance with government HSE regulations.
– Perform routine scheduled Inspections and audits in the projects and monitor rehabilitation program to ensure safety initiatives are perform.
– Coordinate and monitor Health and Safety Management Plans, Environmental Management Plans and Emergency Response Procedures in the project to ensure all plans and procedures are conforming to current project situations.
– Assist in the preparation and start-up of all new projects including subcontractor HSE assessment to ensure all HSE requirements are fulfilled.
