Youth Employment Project Manager – Based In Jakarta
Plan Indonesia will be initiating a major youth employment project in Indonesia this year. The Youth Employment Project Manager will provide overall leadership for the project. He/she will design, implement, monitor and evaluate the project in cooperation with selected partners.
Requirements:
- University degree in appropriate field
- Five or more years experience implementing vocational training or youth employment programs, with at least two years at a senior level
- Experience in working with partners
- Strong skills in teamwork, strategic planning, negotiation and networking
- Computer literate and strong English skills.
