Information Technology Associate (IT Associate)
Installs network and personal firewalls, LAN hardware and all procured software, including, but not limited to, the LAN operating system, Windows, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office, antivirus and backup software; verities the completeness of delivered computers, hub and switches, and other hardware accessories; ensures the adequacy of power supply, grounding, cabling, and other system infrastructure.; reviews the completeness of delivered software, including confirming adequacy of licensing and registration; and properly maintains all computer and takes remedial replacement or repair action if needed.
