Church – Program Implementation Manager/Director (PIM/PID)
Specific Requirements:
- Master degree in Management/Leadership/Child Development or Bachelor Degree with equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years experience in senior or middle level management.
- Able to develop creative and strategic programs for church partners and maintain good relationship.
- Strong team building and leadership skills to manage other supervisors and staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Familiar with MS Office operational management.
- Willingness to travel both inside and outside the country.
Finance & Operation/Ministry Services Manager (MSM)
Specific Requirements:
- At least bachelor degree in Business Management or related field.
- At least 5 years, experience in middle level management.
- Systems orientation, analytical skills and business judgment
- Strong team building and leadership skills with ability to manage other supervisors / staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in English
- Familiar w1h Microsoft Office for operational management.
- Willingness to travel both inside and outside of the country
