PRODUCT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE, CONSTRUCTION (BASED IN JAKARTA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales opportunities for aftermarket products
- Provide a broad range of sales, customer service and technical support to customers with the aim that Sandvik products are the preferred of choice
- Partner closely with customers to provide solutions with respect to aftermarket parts, service, tools and consumables and ensure warranty claims are settled promptly
- Proactively inspect customers’ equipments and report any deficiencies will, parts and service
- Coordinate product trials and testing and customers to enable continuous improvement approach to customers.
- Update customers with the latest product technology enhancements end development to obtain better performance and assist with site dissemination of bulletins and alerts of the products.
Requirements:
- Technical school graduate with 3 years of experience in quarrying business and 5 years as a mechanic in heavy equipment products
- Good understanding of Site Health and Safety Regulations and preferably with knowledge in construction or mining industry
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with high level of initiative
- Good command of written and spoken English and computer literate
- Able work independently and in a team
- Possess driving license and required to travel to mine sites
