Precommissioning and Commissoning Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Identify required resource (manpower, subcontracting, tools, consumables) for specific project and proposal as part of commissioning execution plan based on contractual scope of work (for execution) or bid document (for proposals).
- Identify and prepare clarification for pre-commissioning & commissioning scope for proposal or tendering.
- Identify and prepare required documentation, calculation, and man-hour for preparation of pre-commissioning & commissioning; not limited to execution plan, procedures, and method statement during engineering stage of project execution or proposal preparation.
- Prepare Commissioning Execution Plan (which contains but not limited to activity planning, manpower planning, tools, and schedule), during Home Office Preparation for Project Execution.
- Field Assignment for Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities base on procedures.
- Identify and resolve issue or concern before or during pre-commissioning or commissioning phase
- liaise, coordinate & interface with clients, subcontract, vendors, & internal organization (engineering, procurement & construction, PMT)
- Develop desktop standard & procedure for pre-com & commissioning discipline in corporate
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 to 5 year experiences in same position
- Have been in Engineering and handle Oil & Gas /Petrochemical as well as EPC projects
- Preferable candidate with previous experience in Major / well known package supplier with role of commissioning, handling multi discipline (EI, Process, Rotating).
