TECHNICAL MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Mining engineering / Geology
- Experience in nickel, coal and gold mining company (min 5 years)
- Good managerial capability in planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (mobile equipment and maintenance, man power, mine planning, contractors engagement).
- Develop plan for short term, middle term and long term of mining process.
- Full understanding and awareness about HSE / K3 procedures.
- Have a good strategic thinking
- POP or POM Certification are required

PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Age maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
- Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
- Posses minimum POM certificate
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
- Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
- Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

IT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Male, max 45 years old
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining industry
- Minimum bachelor degree from Information technology
- To setup and support the IT infrastructure
- Administration of SAP production server, development server, IDES server, and Solution manager server
- Responsible for networking services LAN, WAN, Ensure connectivity to all C&F Locations.
- Manage multiple tasks on IT hardware and software issues.
- Manage and update company website. Monitoring systems health, troubleshooting and resolution of server issues ensuring maximum availability.
- Ensure network security through the use and management of firewall, virus protection, and backup/recovery of critical systems and data, report to management on any breach.
- Performing root cause analysis on all production support related issues

HRD MANAGER
Requirements:
- Male, max 45 years old
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same level
- Bachelor degree from any major, law is preferable
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
- Experienced in compensation & benefit, recruitment, training & development, and industrial relations
- Well understanding about manpower regulation
- Preferable experience working in the Site Project

HRD SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:
- Male, max 40 years old
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same level
- Bachelor degree from law / Psychology preferred
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
- Experienced in compensation & benefit, recruitment, and industrial relations
- Well understanding about man power regulation
- Preferable experience working in the Site Project

OD & TRAINING SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree any major, preferably in HR study
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Area, preferably in Organizational Development
- Good knowledge in Talent Management
- Good computer skill (Ms. Office)
- High initiatives and independent
- Fluent in spoken and written English

TRAINER HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Requirements:
- Male, max 45 years old
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same level
- Having trainer heavy equipment certificate is preferable
- Associate degree in technical field related to industrial automotive or heavy duty maintenance.
- Significant experience as a Technical Training Instructor
- Having knowledge of heavy equipment, certification program/procedures, and technical training
- Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing; includes oral presentation
- Able to negotiate training solutions to maintenance personnel and equipment problems
- Able to manage time and workload effectively; includes managing in-house maintenance training and staff trainers

SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering
- 2. Experience as HSE in coal, gold & Mining Industry (min 3 years)
- 3. Certified POM or K3 for Safety Manager is a must
- 4. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
- 5. Ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed and conduct regular HSE inspection
- 6. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system
QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from chemistry , geology or faculty of mining engineering
- Experience as QC in mining company (min 3 years)
- Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
- Familiar with SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
- Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
- Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
- Responsible for the stockpiles
- Good understanding about HSE / K3
- Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality

PARAMEDIC (NURSE)
Requirements:
- Female
- Minimum 3 (three) years experiences, preferably in mining industry
- Graduated from Nursing faculty with GPA min 3,00 from scale 4 (D3)
- Certified of nursing such as SIP, Hyperkes, and BTCLS
- Good knowledge about HSE/ K3
- Healthy and able to work with good result and always seek the best solution to solve problems
