HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
(East Java Based)
Reporting directly to the Director, the appointee’s primary focus will be developing Human Resources department including the systems such as Recruitment, Performance Review, Training System and KPI. The other responsibilities will be providing support services related to organization development, performance management, competency development, recognition, rewards and compensation.
The ideal candidate should be university graduates in Law or an allied field from reputable university, and an advanced degree would be an advantage. Having a minimum of 3 years working experience in human resources area, especially for Human Resources Manager minimum 3 years experience in managerial level. An exposure in tobacco industry will be a vital advantage; while first-rate interpersonal and people management skills are highly required for the incumbents will be leading a large team and liaising with people from all levels. Key attributes for these positions are required to possess high initiative and maturity level, sound leadership skill and strong problem solving capacity. Good command of English is prerequisite. The candidates are also required to have willingness to travel in all project areas of the company in Indonesia.
The interviews will be conducted in Jakarta and Surabaya.
