    Job Experience

    1. As a Medical Nurse in DR. Sam Ratulangi Hospital in Tondano.Part of emergency unit . Begin 5 February 2005 until 25 January 2007.
    Activities and Responsibilities:
    a. Provide nursing first aid for the medical cases referred to ER
    b. Provide anamnesis to the patient of to the family of the patient
    c. Assisted the ER doctor in stabilizing the patient in the ER
    d. Conduct necessary nursing action in the ER as recommended by the doctor ( apply the IV line infusion to the patient, taking vital signs, perform wound dressing if needed, etc)
    e. Responsible for the inventarization medical equipment in the ER before usage and after usage.
    f. Register the patient in the ER with the government health insurance and submit the medical resume to the insurance after being reviewed by the doctor.

    2. Nurse in Pancaran Kasih GMIM Hospital in Manado at part of interna and surgery women. Begin 1 May 2010 until January 2011.
    Activities and Responsibilities:
    a. As a nurse supervisor and coordinator for the nurses under the department of internal medicines ward and surgery ward.
    b. Provide nursing service to the patients
    c. Provide medicines check/ ensure the medicines provided to the patients in ward was correct based on the doctor’s instruction
    d. Ensure the nurses’ services with proper nursing services to the patients in ward

    3. Clinc instructure for university student Pancaran Kasih GMIM Hospital in Manado at interna and surgery women. Begin June 2010 until January 2011,
    Activities and Responsibilities:

    a. Accompany students for do a something action nursing
    b. To lead students for do a theory nursing
    c. To lead students for give counseling and health education to patients
    d. Give correction and evaluation to students if ending practice nursing

    4. On call nurse in IOM Manado. Begin Aguts 2010 Until Now,
    Activities and Responsibilities:

    a. Conduct regular visit to the immigrant accommodation facility i.e., detention center to assesses and provide for the health needed of IMs including referral and coordinating when needed. Evaluating the health condition of IMs, provide emergency care and recommend appropriate medical action.
    b. Assist the Migration Health physician during health assessment, medical consultation, physical examination, diagnosis, treatment, and follow up medical / health of condition irregular migrant.
    c. In accordant with the recommendations of migration physician, facilitate medical referrals and follow up of IMs to specialist or other service.
    d. Arrange and administer immunization to IMs as instructed by Migration Health Physician .
    e. Following up required medical data from the specialists and migrants.
    f. Collate review for completeness of information and maintaining a filling, retrieval and for warding system of medical document/ record for each migrant under going health assessment, medical consultation, treatment, referral and follow up covered by programme.
    g. Maintain daily recording and monthly reporting of statistical data general from the management and care of IMs.
    h. Conduct pre departure health check s or assessment to IMs traveling under the auspices of IOM and immediately report the migration health physician.
    i. Provide medical support and assistance to migration during international or local travel when needed.
    j. Assist the migration health physician in maintaining regular progress notes and efficient medical referral system for medical cases that require specialized medical attention or for emergency case.
    k. Follow up medical cases in hospital / shelter as require.
    l. Assist senior migration health physician in coordinating with local health authorities concerning the health IMs.
    m. Assist the migration health physician in the identification procurement, storage and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment for clinic, medicine due to expire in six month should be reported to senior migration health nurse in Jakarta.
    n. Work in close coordination with the physician and operation team in the field to ensure the IMs basic needed are met.
    o. Under take other duties that may be assigned from time to time which are commensurate to the position

    1. Course of nursing orientation Cardiovaskuler in Heart Hospital and Blood vessel, Harapan Kita Jakarta Hospital, Begin 26 October until 13 November 2009.
    2. Nursing course on Resuscitation of Heart and lung at Heart and Blood vessel Hospital, Harapan Kita Jakarta Hospital.
    3. Nursing course on emergency management of Children and Mother medical cases, in Children and Mother Hospital, Harapan Kita Jakarta. Begin 14 November until 19 November 2009.
    4. Course of Psychiatric nursing care at BLU DR.H. Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital in Bogor. Begin 23 November until 5 December 2009.
    5. As a Nurse Trainer on the training for the nurses with the theme “ The power of emergency nursing at the time of disaster “ held by HIPGABI in Manado, on Oct 8-9, 2010.
