We are inviting dynamic and experienced professionals to take part in exciting new positions with our programs in various sectors covering:

UNIT MANAGERS

  • You will contribute to the overall strategic direction and program management strategies of the Indonesia a program.
  • You will liaise and negotiate with relevant stakeholders.
  • You will manage and supervise staff involved with a regional or sectoral program.

The role will involve research and analysis, preparation of correspondence and submissions; identifying and implementing aid delivery innovations; maintaining awareness of political issues affecting the program; activity preparation including project design and contract negotiations; financial management; providing advice to senior management; establishing systems for monitoring and evaluating progress of activities including linkages to other program activities.

Starting salary is from OR 49,572,600 per month.
