CRM Supervisor (CRM)

• Male / Female, maximum 28 years old
• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Computer Design/ IT
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Customer Relation Management
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good in data analyst/statistic

Branch Service Head (BSH)

• Male, maximum 30 years of age
• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Computer, Telecommunication/Electrical/ Industrial Engineering/Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Service Field, preferable from Electronics Industry/ IT/ Mobile Phone Excellent leadership, communication skill, people development

Call Center Supervisor (CIC)

• Male / Female, max 28 years of age
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Computer, Telecommunication /Electrical/
• Industrial Engineering/Information technology
• Minimum 2 years experience as Team Leader/ Call Centre Quality Assurance

Planner Supervisor (PS)

• Female, max 28 years of age
• Bachelor degree from reputable University, preferable from Electronics Industry/ IT/ Mobile Phone
• Experience with key initiative plan, excellent leadership, and communication skill & people development

Technical Support/ Engineer (TSE)

• Male, maximum 29 years of age
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Computer, Telecommunication/ Electrical Industrial Engineering/ Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years experiences as Planner, preferable from electronics industry/IT/Mobile Phone

General Requirements:

• Knowledge in Microsoft application
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Responsible, able perform excellent in a team & with minimum supervision, able to work in tight schedules
• Willing to be located in major city in Indonesia
