System Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Gather user requirements, create user requirements specification
- Conduct the external meeting with customers and create Minutes of Meeting – Analyze user requirements and create application specification documents
- Provide solution options and recommendation to customer to solve business requirements – Ensure client’s satisfaction upon roll out, and make enhancement if necessary – Assist test team in creating test plans and testing effort
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields – At least 5 years experience in IT application developments, 3 year in user requirements gathering, system analysis and design
- Strong in user requirements gather (good grasp of the business process flow requirements) – Strong analytical skills
- Strong in Object-Oriented analysis using UML, RDBMS
- Experience in any Business Industry
- Experience in application integrations, SOA, EAI would be a plus
- Excellent Interpersonal, Coordination, Collaboration and Communication skills – Good command of English written & spoken
- Knowledge transfer for application design to Developers
- Eager to travel local or overseas for long term period
