General Requirement :
- Bachelor or Diploma from a reputable university
- >10 years experiences in Offshore Oil & Gas project and Shipbuilding, and >2 years in Management
- Fluent communication in English
Specific Requirement :
- 1. Details of work :
- Structure part
- Structure detail engineering of offshore project
- Structure production design of offshore project and shipbuilding (checking the fabrication and assembly drawings)
- Purchase orders for steel materials (MTO)
- Ability structure analysis program (SACS, NOTICUS, etc)
- Steel Outfitting put
- Review and feedback of standard detail drawings of Steel Outfitting
- Vendor document review and feedback
- Handling the steel outfitting equipment (Lifeboat & Davit, Crane, Helideck, Safety Equipment, lift, evacuation chute)
- Structure part
- Sufficient understanding of the Welding Method (WPS, WPQT, Welding Symbol, etc)
- Ability to clarify the technical issues with Client or 3rd party
- Ability to develop construction procedure
- At least 5 years experiences of PDMS (Aveva Marine, Tribon Mx), AutoCAD
- Ability of 3D modeling and 2D drawing :
- Structure items : Primly member, secondary member, Deck plate, H-beam, T-beam, Channel, Stiffener
- Steel Outfitting Items : Stair tower, Access platform, Monorail, Equipment foundation, Hatch, Traffic
