We are now seeking senior mining engineers to join our team in Jakarta. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will enjoy the application of software to provide mine business planning solutions and will have held a number of operational roles. As the mine planning engineer you will work on interesting mine feasibility projects, due diligence studies and the implementation and support of our industry leading business forecasting software (XPAC, TALPAC).

While these roles will prove challenging this is your opportunity to expand your technical knowledge as you learn new mining software products, work on significant consulting projects, and gain exposure to different commodities and mining methods. While these roles are based within the CBD you will also have the opportunity to travel to site and build your global reputation and mining network.

To successfully gain a role with us you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and proven open pit metalliferous experience. In particular, exposure to mine scheduling, mine design and mine development and/ or feasibility studies will be highly regarded. Successful candidates will be analytical, computer literate and have strong communication skills. Any experience using Runge s XPAC software would be highly regarded.
