We are seeking an experienced Metals Geologist to expand the Metals business in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta for 12 to 24 months, you will be instrumental in building an experienced Metals Consulting team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work as part of our consulting team working primarily on geological modeling, due diligence exercises and completing JORC compliant resource estimates for projects. Your responsibilities will include signing off on resource estimates and completing independent technical and JORC resource reviews for our clients.
There is involvement in significant consulting projects and the opportunity to travel. This role will see you work alongside industry experts and presents an excellent opportunity to gain valuable international experience. The networks you bring will contribute to the growth and success of your role.
You will have tertiary qualifications and have significant resource modeling experience. You will be JORC competent with either Open Pit or Underground metalliferous experience and be willing to travel to domestic and international locations. Communication skills in Bahasa would be highly regarded, but aren’t t essential.
