SALES MANAGER – MEDICAL DEVICES
The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing, delivering sales objectives and developing strategies for growth. He/She must have minimum of 3 years’ sales management experience in multinational Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Company with a proven track record of sales, good people management, and has experience in managing a business unit.
Travel is required and may account for 30%-40% of the candidate’s time outstation. The candidate should be self-motivated, can work independently as well as in a team, and must be result oriented.
The Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree (MBA with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 would be an advantage) from a recognized university.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.
