Reservation Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Brief the reservation staff on daily bases and attending briefing with sales manager and sales team
- Able to handle guest complain and any issues raised within reservation section
- Maintaining the excellent relationship with travel agents and e-channel agencies.
- Responsible to minimize the frequent of hang up phone
Requirements:
- University Graduated
- At least 5 years working experience in the same position
- Able to communicate in english
- Familiar with Hotel Reservation software and System
- Able to be a trainer and handling reservation flow, direct and through website
- Willing to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara
