General requirement:
- To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

1. QUALITY CONTROL SPT/SPV/FOREMAN (LAB)
Requirements:
- Maximum 38 years old
- Bachelor degree from faculty of Chemical Engineer
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience as QC SPV in mining company (SPT), 3 (three) years experience as QC SPV (SPV), and 2 (two) years experience as QC Foreman
- Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
- Good understanding about HSE / K3
2. MINE PLAN ENGINEER SUPERVISOR (MPE)
Requirements:
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining company
- Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
- Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
- Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
- Taking care of quality of mine product
- Good understanding about HSE / K3
- Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, Surpac, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)
3. PRODUCTION SPT / SPV (PROD)
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 35 years old
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining industry
- Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
- Minimum posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
- Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
- Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
4. SURVEYOR (SURVEY)
Requirements:
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Min D3 Cartographic (Ilmu Ukur Tanah)
- Having minimum within 2 years experience in mining industry
- Able to operate Autocad Land Desktop
- Able to operate Surpac is a plus point
- Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
- Well understanding of Total Station Tools (Leica & Sokia)
- Able to do a topographic measurement and data processing
- Willing to be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule
5. GRADE CONTROL SPT / SPV (GRADE)
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
- Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
- Responsible for the stockpiles
- Do observation at the mine pit
- Well understanding about HSE / K3 procedure
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- To be located in eastern part of Indonesia, with rotation schedule
6. HR & GA SUPERINTENDENT (HRGA)
Requirements:
- Male, max 45 years old
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same level
- Bachelor degree from law faculty
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
- Experienced in recruitment, training & development, payroll, and industrial relations
- Well understanding about man power regulation
7. GEOLOGIST (GEO)
Requirements:
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferable in mineral exploration
- Able to operate mining software: Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, Arc View
- Able to operate Surpac is a plus point
- Able to make progress report on designated project
- Good knowledge about Safety / K3 procedure
- Willing to be placed in all projects in Indonesia
8. SHIPPING SUPERINTENDENT (SHIP-SPT)
Requirements:
- Male with minimum 10 (ten) years experience as Marine Operation Manager
- Bachelor degree from marine science
- Posses certificate of ANT 2
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
- Experienced in handling Bulk Carrier/Cargo, Tug Boat & Barges in remote area
- Good understanding on warehouse & shipping management system, Product handling and Control, ISO and HACCP
- Monitoring the shipping schedule with port split, permit and discharge readiness. To coordinate with stakeholders in each discharging ports in preparation for ship arrival/cargo transfer
- Monitor & update the movement and schedule of all vessels
9. OPERATION MANAGER / KTT (OM)
Requirements:
- Age maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
- Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
- Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Create Good Mining Practice
- Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
- Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
10. HEAD OF REPRESENTATIVE (HOR)
General Responsibilities:
- Handling and controlling all related activities in Representative Office
- Assisting site office in procurement, and goods transferring from and to Head Office, Representative Office, and Site Office
- To be responsible in ticketing process and related administration
- Ensure relations with Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained
- Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice, administration process to meet company and legal requirements
- Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on events and / or other activities aimed at developing good community and employee relations
Requirements:
- Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management from reputable university
- Possessing at least 8 (eight) years experience in Human Resource field, with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial position, preferably from mining industry
- Experienced in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, organizational development, payroll, and industrial relations
- Deep understanding about man power regulation, especially in mining industry
- Understand Collection and Treasury process is a must. Knowledge in Administration, Logistic, Procurement, ticketing, Information Technology is an advantage
- Understand concept and strategy of branch operational and strong in financial aspects including internal control
- Excellent in English, both written and oral
- Computer-literate
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
- A fast learner, self motivated attitude and able to work independently under pressure situation and tight timeline
- Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem
- To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule
