We have the following vacancies in our operation in Indonesia. We invite highly qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:

PUBLIC AFFAIRS MANAGER (2 positions)
Reporting directly to Public Affairs & Communication Director, the incumbent will be responsible to manage government relations, advocacy and support to stakeholders within the policy and regulations with the objectives of shaping environment and policy. Build partnership to strengthen Pfizer’s position and image among stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Public Policy Communication, Public Relations or closely field from reputable university
  • Master’s Degree or Law Degree is preferred. 6 (six) years of additional qualifying experience, may substitute for the required education
  • 5 (five) years of board and extensive experience in government affairs and/or community relations in a liaison-type position with governmental and civic constituencies and general public, preferably within the transit industry.
  • At least 2 (two) years of supervisory experience is required
  • Have a good knowledge on policy making process Proficiency in English both written and spoken is a must Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in working with large and complex multinational company

PRODUCT MANAGER – VACCINE
The successful candidate is required to master all aspects of the assigned product(s) that will lead to product leadership, develop and implement product/ project plans in compliance with local & corporate policies and procedures. Monitor the related product application and achievement of marketing programs, manage the product lifecycle and define product vision are added purviews of the job. He/she will be reporting to BU Head of Vaccine.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Marketing, Business & Management or any relevant field study from reputable university
  • Minimum of 2 (two) years experience in handling Vaccine products is a must
  • Good relationship with Medical communities’ network and Healthcare Professional
  • Strong analytical ability and good presentation skills ‘Good level of English both written and spoken

PRODUCT MANAGER – PHARMA
The successful candidate is required to master all aspects of the assigned product(s) that will lead to product leadership, develop and implement product/ project plans in compliance with local & corporate policies and procedures. Monitor the related product application and achievement of marketing programs, manage the product lifecycle and define product vision are added purviews of the job. He/she will be reporting to Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Marketing, Business & Management or any relevant field study from reputable university
  • Minimum of 3 (three) years experience in product management position from Pharmaceutical company Good relationship with Medical communities’ network and Healthcare Professionals
  • Strong analytical ability and good presentation skills Good level of English both written and spoken

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Reporting to the Commercial Manager. This position is mainly responsible for the engagement and management of key customers in institutions and/or private companies, insurance, pharmacy chains and other stakeholders that are essential to the attainment of Pfizer’s strategic and sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
  • At least of 3 (three) experience in the area of Key Account Management, preferably from Pharmaceutical Company or Consumer Goods Industry
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Build network
  • Good interpersonal and persuasive communication skills Good command of written and reading English Positive, proactive and always look for opportunities and challenge

ASSOCIATE MEDICAL ADVISOR
Reporting to the Medical Manager. The responsibilities will include organizing and executing medical programs, providing inputs and supports to the Marketing and Sales department, from the medical point of view.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science or equivalent 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
Good Presentation skills

HOSPITAL AREA MANAGER
Hospital Area Manager is responsible for achieving sales performance in the hospital sectors within the assigned territory, managing the hospital business strategies in alignment with Hospital Manager Plans, organizes and monitors activities/ projects to achieve the business potential of the hospitals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
  • Having minimum 3 (three) years experience in the position of Area Manager from Pharmaceutical Company.
  • Strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills
