JOB POSITION: PROJECT FINANCE OFFICER, JAKARTA INDONESIA
Report to Finance Manager, and work closely with Forest Team Leader to mainly responsible for the following:

  • Prepare, manage and report Forest campaign budget.
  • Responsible for compliance of financial S.O.P., approved budget and related Indonesia statutory accounts.
  • Responsible for compliance with GP SEA book close and financial report requirements.
  • When there is on-site activity, responsible as on-site cashier, banking transactions and other financial and accounting related matters such as procurement, asset register, etc.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting with at least 5 years qualified experience in Finance and Accounting such as budgeting process, banking transaction, payment transaction and documentation, etc.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge in transaction analysis with compliance to GAAP.
  • Committed, goal oriented, mature and takes an extremely proactive approach with experiences of an international working environment and liaising with people from different cultures based in different locations.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, able to take own initiative, fast learner, self starter, be flexible, able to manage and prioritize numerous talks simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel and work outside Jakarta
  • Good command in English (both written and spoken) and extensive experience in using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.
