Project Engineer PT Timas Suplindo

PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO (Timas) is an Engineering and Construction company which has attained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, for the scope of Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Project Management.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. Procurement Manager

Qualifications:

• Male/ Female, with maximum age 40 years old
• Hold Bachelor Degree preferably from Mechanical Engineering
• Have minimum 5 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas/ Construction company and minimum 8 years in procurement
• Have good negotiation and communication skills
• Have good knowledge of export and import procedure
• Understand about supply chain management
• Have knowledge of suppliers and vendors also aware to the market price/trend
• Able to develop and implement the policies and procedures for all the procurement activities
• Plan, organize and control all procurement activities
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Have integrity and also good working ethics

2. Installation Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including minimum 5 years of offshore construction experience
• Have minimum 5 years experience in offshore oil and gas facility design and construction experience
• Familiar in handling the project scope of fabrication and installation jacket and deck also pipeline
• Have excellent interpersonal, planning, scheduling, and organizations skill
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

3. Engineering Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including minimum 5 years of offshore construction experience
• Have minimum 8 years experience in the same position and handling Greenfield/Brownfield project.
• Have experience as lead discipline engineer
• Have strong interdisciplinary technical knowledge
• Have organization skill and superior planning
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

4. SENIOR PIPELINE ENGINEER

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform technical analysis for installation engineering
• Develop/modify/evaluate the offshore construction methods using analytical and numerical analysis and appropriate use of engineering software.
• Interface with other project disciplines and management of engineering activities particularly related to pipelines, flowlines and risers installation analysis
• Interface with the other engineers to guarantee all analysis work is carried out with the common target of safety, optimizing final cost and schedule.
• Provide technical support to commercial and procurement activities during preparation of proposals.
• To assist Project Engineers with preparation of offshore operations installation manuals including the initiation and maintaining of drawings and calculations for inclusion in procedures / manuals.
• Mentor graduates and engineers that are new to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 5 years of working experience in related field in oil & gas industry
• Professional on using orcaflex and off pipe
• Able to independently handle flexible flow line laying, initiation and A&R analysis, dynamic riser installation analysis

5. SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform technical analysis for installation engineering
• Develop/modify/evaluate the offshore construction methods using analytical and numerical analysis and appropriate use of engineering software.
• Interface with other project disciplines and management of engineering activities particularly related to pipelines, flowlines and risers installation analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural engineering
• Have minimum 8 years of experience in offshore installation engineering (structure)
• Familiar with design code AISC, API, DNV, Nobel Denton
• Professional on finite element analysis
• Advanced competency in the use of SACS, Staadpro software and processes applicable to offshore structural designs.
• Full knowledge of analyses for Load out, Transportation, and Lift.
• Exceptional communication skills

6. PROJECT ENGINEER (GREEN FIELD)

Qualifications :

• Possess 5 years minimum experience in the same position
• Has done project preparation such as writing installation procedures
• Has worked onboard barge or vessel as Field Engineer or Project Engineer during installation of subsea system in 3 different projects as a minimum
• Has working experiences in Oil & Gas industry, especially in offshore projects
• Good English speaking and writing

7. Senior Contracts Engineer

Role & Responsibly

• To Contractually Administer PRIME Contracts and ensure best possible outcome for PT TIMAS SUPLINDO whilst assisting to meet the Clients deliverable expectations.
• Participate in meetings and offer Contractual guidance and support to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with all internal functions and groups with regards to schedule, growth, change, cost and contract procedural requirements. Control and coordination of all contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate with the Subcontracts Coordinator in applying prime contract conditions on a back to back basis.
• Administration of Company Insurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• Have minimum 10 years experience in the oil & gas construction industry or in a Contract Management role.
• Good communication skills (English written & oral)
• Team Player
• Ability to deal with multi nation cultures.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high speed and accuracy level
• Systematic, detailed and well-organized.
• Computer literate

8. COST CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Have Minimum 5 years experiences in the same position
• Have Minimum 5 years experiences involvement in project or major facilities, related in oil and gas industry (offshore background would be advantage)
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Well organize with and meticulous attention to detail
• Independent, good personal and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

9. SAFETY ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Identify the scope and requirement for Safety Engineering Studies such as HAZOP, SIL, FERA, EERA, QRA, etc on every on-going project and during the project BID stage.
• Liaise with Project Engineering Team and provide input related to process safety and personnel safety requirements in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
• Supervise the 3rd Party Subcontractor (Safety Engineering Consultant) and ensure that the required Safety Engineering Studies are conducted in accordance with applicable codes and standards and reports of same are submitted timely.
• Develop Risk Register and Action Item Register based on Safety Engineering Studies Report and ensure their follow up and submission of “Close Out Report”.

Qualification:

•  BSc. Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering).
•  Have minimum 3 years experience in the implementation of process engineering.
•  Have minimum 1 year experience implementing Process Safety at an industrial facility and involvement in Safety Engineering Studies (either as originator or reviewer).
• Good interpersonal skill and has strong leadership skill.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English and Bahasa).

10. BUYER

Qualifications:

• Male / Female,
• Maximum 35 years old
• Have minimum Bachelor Degree
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in Offshore Oil & Gas/ Construction company
• Have minimum 8 years of experience in procurement
• Have good negotiation and communication skills
• Have good knowledge of export and import procedure
• Have knowledge of vendors and awareness to the market price/trend
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Computer literate
