Background

A key responsibility of the TAMF management support team is to source and contract the consultants who assistant in the implementation of TAMF funded activities. The administration of this process is predominantly the responsibility of a Procurement Officer, who assists the Deputy Team Leader.

Due to the forthcoming departure of the incumbent officer, TAMF requires a Procurement Officer for an initial four month period. Key duties will include providing assistance for the administration of the procurement of TAMF activities, the preparation of contracts, provision of mobilization support to sub-contractors, and assistance with general office administration as required. She / he will report to the TAMF Deputy Team Leader.

Selection Criteria

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in implementing project procurement systems and contract administration
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • International Development project experience will be highly regarded

  1. I’m normally not the kind of person to post my opinion on other’s sites, but for your write up I just needed to do it. I have been searching in your blog a lot recently and I am super impressed, I think you might really become the main voices for your market. Not sure what your load is like in life, but if you began commiting more time to writing here, I would guess you would start seeing a mass of traffic eventually. With advertisements, it might become a sweet reserve revenue stream. Just something to ponder. Good luck!
