Platform Sales Engineer – PSE
(3 Positions)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Engineering background is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Value Selling.
- Knowledgeable in one of the following product services including Seals, SKF-Baker (Static, Dynamic and Online Motor Testing Equipment) and Reliability and Services will be a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities for a specific platform to meet the organizations short and long term business objectives,
- Providing input, collecting and consolidating data, develop new business opportunities for the platform for new and existing customer,
- Provide input to Marketing Communication and support new product launches,
- Project leader for New Customer Offers and New Market Offer,
- Driving the platform knowledge transfer.
Application Engineers — AE (5 Positions)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience and knowledge in one of following process industry — cement, mining pulp & paper, steel, palm oil.
- Experience with online condition monitoring will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manages technical relationships with customers, including responding to technical enquiries, capable of making design proposals, and handling technical complaints,
- Carry out root cause analysis of plant equipment, evaluate technical risks, implement quality assurance plan and good presentation skills,
- Competent to communicate clearly and accurately to customers and the SKF organization.
Distribution Sales and Development
Manager – Sumatera, Kalimantan & East
Java – DDM (4 Positions)
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years experience in Sales and Distribution.
Responsibilities
- Grows the distributor business profitably,
- Increase SKF brand awareness,
- Developing operational excellence and value added capabilities including deploy channel strategy, Support endorsement of value selling into distribution channels,
- Business intelligence.
Customer Service Manager – CSM
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 9 years experience in Customer
- Relation Management, Pricing and Marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Customer Service team,
- Ensure stable and efficient processes for order handling, order book management, quotation handling, cash collection and post sales activities.
- Finance and Accounting Manager – FAM
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Accounting/Finance Manager.
- Experienced in Public Accounting or Audit firm be a plus.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Program
- Focus on details and accuracy.
Responsibilities :
- Obtain financial reporting and general ledger structure,
- Ensure timely reporting of monthly financial information,
- Support budget and forecasting activities,
- Implementing Indonesia accounting standard and tax regulations.
