Exploration Team Leader
The “Block” Exploration Team Leaders will work with a focused team composed of national and variably expatriate staff and consultants, to effectively manage the Client s specific exploration assets. The “Block” Exploration Team Leader will be responsible for implementing the agreed exploration work program for their area of accountability. This will include direction and implementation of technical and operational program, day to day management and mentoring of direct reports, technical QC managing budgets, writing formal proposals and ensuring appropriate documentation and data management.

Maintenance Manager
The individual in this position will have the primary responsibility for developing the overall strategy and executing the combination of the offshore maintenance organization into a single robust organization. The secondary responsibility of this position will be to provide guidance to the Operations and Engineering Excellence (OEE) Maintenance Management System (MMS) Supervisor as he works towards the development of a consistent and robust MMS

Production & Operation Manager
Is extremely accountable and a great deal of his time is spent in planning and in monitoring and managing Plans, Budgets and day to day problems and operations. To this end he frequently interfaces with other Operations Group Managers and the VP, other Managers, consultants, government authorities and JV partners.

Deputy Mine Operation Manager
Reporting to Mine Operation Manager, with main responsibilities assist Mine Operation Manager to lead mining dept, including coordinating, controlling technical activities ( mine production, mine planning, surveyor, etc ) or non technical ( Finance, personnel, community development, etc ) in Coal Mining Industry.

Electrical & Instrument Superintendent
The incumbent responsible for the Supervision and Quality Control during construction and installation of the part of the PLANT under his discipline responsibility for project / EPSC contract. This relates to instrumentation & electrical activities. Responsible to manage & organize the work of the Yard instrument/electrical Supervisors under his responsibility, liaise with Contractors, Suppliers and Third Party staff in any, during the performance of this discipline. He/she will report daily to Company Site Representative.

General Requirement:
All candidates should have 10 – 15 years of experience in related field with outstanding performance in analytical skill, leadership, and easy to adapt with multicultural environment.
