Manager Quality Assurance (Job Code: SUP-08)

Responsibilities:
The jobholder is full responsible to work closely with relevant departmental users, collect the required information related to quality performance and quick hits initiatives as well as perform regular quality checks, review, and analyze monthly dashboard and management information against its standard/business target, monitoring quick hit results, identifying and preparing key highlight summary in clear and comprehensive reporting.

Requirements:
* Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
* Has minimum 3 years experience in banking, managing database and MIS.
* Has a good leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and analytical skills
* Proficient in English and computer literate are required
* Reliable, pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
