We are one of the leading and well established Coal Mining Companies in Indonesia seeking dynamic and creative professionals who successful track record in their field to join and grow with in the position of:
MANAGER/SUPERVISOR OF EXPLORATION DRILLING TEAM (Job Code: 1HK/ID-1429)
Duties:
- To manage operation of the fleet of exploration drill rigs:
- Prepare work plan for a number of drill rigs in venous locations of South end East Kalimantan.
- Ensure implementation of the drilling plan hi conjunction with Head of Geology and Site Geologist.
- Implement companies HSE policies.
- Communicate with field supervisors and crews to ensure full understanding of information provided.
- Check works are completed as required to the specification.
- Ensure that maintenance schedule is in place and are being implemented.
- Ensure sufficient stock of accessories end spare parts is available.
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Chief Geologist
