HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR
- Minimum 3 years experience at the same level
- Bachelor degree from Law, Management or psychology
- Experience in recruitment, training & development, payroll, general affairs and industrial relations
- Well understanding about Man Power Regulation
- To be based in Gorontalo
TRAINING SUPERINTENDENT
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Preferably AK3 or POM certified
- Have minimum 5 years experience as OH&S professional with at least 2 years training experience
LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR
- Bachelor degree from any discipline (preferably from industrial engineering)
- Minimum 2 years experience at similar position in mining company
SAFETY AUDIT SUPERINTENDENT
- Bachelor degree form any discipline (preferably from industrial engineering)
- Diploma (D3) degree with 7 years experience or Bachelor (S1) degree with 5 years experience in performing safety audit
- Having experience in mining operation environment will be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge and skill of audit methodology at a level of being able to lead and coach others
- Preferably has completed OHSAS 1800:2007 lead author course form recognition training institution
INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Bachelor degree in construction, engineering (civil) or equivalent
- At least 10 year experience in mining company as superintendent/senior supervisor construction
