Lead of Capital Market Financing

Responsibilities:

  • Support financing strategy formulation, including requirement for internal process and address the Company funding needs by providing alternative financing plans and realizing the appropriate funding scheme
  • Provide assistance to Subsidiaries financing/refinancing needs by ensuring optimal terms and conditions that promote growth and comply with corporate covenants
  • Execution of the Company Capital Market Financing Transaction and extend professional advice on Corporate actions
  • Monitor repayment mechanisms and proper use of funds of intercompany loans between Corporate and its subsidiaries
  • Maintain relationship with Capital market Stakeholder and facilitate review process

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Posses an accounting/finance/economics bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
  • Have a 7-10 years of experience in Banking and Finance with exposure on Capital Market Financing exercise
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Banking and Capital Market Regulations preferably with exposure of International Capita) Market Financing transaction
  • Able to run forecasting, financial analysis, and execution of capital market transaction
  • Have good relationship with Capita) Market Stakeholders Knowledge in Indonesian Oil & Gas Regulation end Oil & Energy Industry will be a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, mainly in Report Writing and Presentation Skills
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills

Lead of Corporate Financing (Non Capital Market)

Responsibilities:

  • Support financing strategy formulation, including requirement for internal process and address the Company funding needs by providing alternative financing plans and realizing the appropriate funding scheme
  • Assist Subsidiaries financing/refinancing by ensuring optimal terms and conditions that promote growth, as well as in compliance with Corporate debt covenants
  • Execution of the Company Bilateral and Syndicated Loan. Trade, Structured Finance and Project Finance transaction and extend professional advice on Corporate actions
  • Monitor repayment mechanisms and proper use of funds of intercompany loans between Corporate and its subsidiaries
  • Maintain relationship with counterparts and facilitate review process periodically

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Posses accounting/finance/economics bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
  • Have 7-10 years of experience in Banking and Finance industry with exposure on Bilateral and Syndicated Loan, Structured and Project Finance transaction
  • Understand Indonesian and International Banking and Regulations preferably with exposure of Bilateral end Syndication Financing transaction as well as Project and structured Finance
  • Able to run forecasting, financial analysis and sensitivity, and execution of financing transaction
  • Have good relationship with Banking Industry Stakeholders
  • Good knowledge in Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas Regulation will be a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, mainly in Report Writing and Presentation Skills
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills

Head of Corporate Risk & Investment/Divestment

Responsibilities:

  • Lead investment/divestment process within the company aligned with corporate strategy, including the evaluation review of business investment/divestment proposals from subsidiaries/third parties, propose recommendation to the Management and the conduct the acquisition and divestment negotiation process with third parties
  • Develop Enterprise Risk Management framework and methodologies, and give risk treatment recommendations to the Management, including choosing the appropriate type of Insurance contract coverage to mitigate and manage risk in relation to reducing and transferring the Company risk to other party
  • Finds and analyzes the opportunity to invest in a new business area outside the company strategy, and give recommendations to the Management on the Company acquisition or divestment plan

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Possess a business administration bachelor or master degree (S1/S2) from reputable university
  • Have a minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Energy industry in Risk Management, Business Development, or Asset Management area
  • Excellent knowledge in business development, asset and company valuation, financial investment, and feasibility analysis
  • Has in-depth knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management methodologies, tools, techniques, insurance terms, and contracts as strategic tool for managing Companywide risk recommendation
  • Has led a team in several commercial terms negotiations with third parties in relation to corporate acquisition or divestment plan
  • Have detailed financial analysis skills and strong understanding in Indonesian GAAP and PSC financial reporting standard
  • Good knowledge in Oil & Gas and Energy industry, PSC Terms, Tax Regulations, and up to date with BP Migas Regulations
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, good interpersonal and analytical skills, good negotiations skills, excellent computer skills
