Human Resources Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining policies in areas such as compensation & benefit, organizational development, people development, reward and punishment
- Implement all procedures and make sure to complies with all government regulations
- Develop strategic way in recruitment & staffing process
- Provide a weekly schedule of plan activities
- Responsible for general affairs matters such as security, building maintenance, transportation, assets & etc
- Liaise to government institution
- Maintain and improve HR data and records
REQUIRMENTS:
- Male 35 – 45 years old
- GPA minimum 3.00 scale (4.00)
- Candidate must poccess at least a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from reputable Univerrsity
- At least 10 years working experience in the same fields
- Attractive person, flexible, enthusiastic
- Have strong knowledge in HR and general affair aspect
- Good knowledge in payroll, jamsostek, Pph 21 and health insurance
- Mastering in labor government regulation (UU 13 tahun 2003)
- Excellent English in oral and written communication
