• Pria, usia maksimal 35 tahun, pendidikan S1 Hukum/Psikologi
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani (surat keterangan dokter)
• Berpengalaman di bidang HR minimal 2 tahun terutama bisnis retail
• Pernah menangani karyawan diatas 500 orang
• Memiliki kepribadian yang kuat, kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, leadership, memiliki analisa yang baik dan kreatif
• Menguasai alat tes dan aplikasinya (untuk sarjana psikologi)
• Menguasai Undang-undang ketenagakerjaan dan aplikasi (untuk sarjana hokum)
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
