PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala, developer of Bintan Beach International Resort (BBIR) is seeking highly motivated person and team player to fill the following position which will be based at Bintan Resorts, Bintan Island, Kepulauan Riau:
Head of Institute
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all facilities, infrastructure, license and academic curriculum including all teaching material provision that required for all Programs.
- Responsible to establish policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meet the approved curriculum and mission of institute.
- Responsible in monitoring and evaluation of academic and administration staff.
Requirements:
- Have a strong passion in education and people development.
- Experience in Hospitality Industry / Education System as well as International standard requirement.
- Have a strong leadership and high proficiency in English.
- Experiences in setting up an institution will be an advantage.
Remuneration:
