DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER
Develop drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with blasting sub-contractor and monitor drill and blast results, acknowledging inefficiencies and recommending changes accordingly to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occur.

Requirements:

  • MinimumBachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate,
  • Minimum 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting,
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal,
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software,
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, recommend and implement suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations.
  • Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner.
  • Coordinate blasting activities, lead and control blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed.
  • Analyze and communicate drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel.
  • Monitor and control drill and blast operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety are always upheld.

GRADUATE MINING ENGINEER
Support and assist mining engineer in implementing short and long term mine plans, schedules and other mining engineering information that effectively supports the mining operations in order to gain experience as well as achieving performance within project criteria.

Requirements:

  • Willing to learn and undertake on the job training,
  • Reach the proficiency of Mining Engineer within 12 months of project experience,
  • May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements,
  • Fresh graduate from Mining Engineering, Geology,
  • Fluent in English written and spoken,

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Mining Engineers to produce effective short to long term plans and mine designs in compliance with standard systems and procedures.
  • Assist with the implementation of the BMP (Business Mining Petrosea) system through leadership of technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and troubleshooting problems encountered with the system.
  • Work with the surveyors to contribute to the compilation of monthly progress claims.
  • Assist with the accurate and timely production of the monthly, weekly and daily reports.
  • Work to attain a very high proficiency in the use of mine planning software.
  • Contribute to the compilation of tenders.

MINE PLANNING ENGINEER
Prepare and develop short and long term mine planning/scheduling systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining, Min. 2 years experiences as a Mining Engineer,

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and development of long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans to integrate with the BMP process.
  • Provide the necessary parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
  • Conduct final compilation and timely submission of monthly progress claims when on site.
  • Maintains a strong capability in the mine planning software and ensures that staffs are similarly up to date with their skills.
  • Coaching and mentoring of mining engineers and technical assistants to ensure that they understand the Technical implications within contracts.
  • Contributes to the compilation of tenders by providing mine planning and design support needed by the Estimator.

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER

  • Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works.
  • Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
  • Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
  • Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
  • Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required in order to provide site operations support.
  • Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.

Control and monitor mining operations in terms of providing the Technical Services, expertise through the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, procedures and resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering,
  • Willing to travel to remote locations,
  • Excellent communication both in English and Indonesian,
  • Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software (SURPAC) business,
  • Outstanding analysis skills,

  • Provide mentoring and coaching in order to help develop key national staff in readiness for assuming more responsibility.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and follow up the incoming Personnel Request Form (PRF) and its mandatory requirements for pre-recruitment process in order to start the recruitment process including posting the job vacancies in media advertising if needed.
  • Establish and execute the recruitment process to ensure that the recruitment process is running systematically conform to company s procedures.
  • Prepare, administer and documented employee s movement such as: leave (rooster rand annual leave), permission, Personnel Action Report (PAR) for promotion, transfer, surplus, and salary review, daily attendance from organize the schedule (for leave administration), monitor daily attendance prepare the appropriate forms, getting approval and inform the request/time sheet/PAR to payroll and portal in order to ensure employee movement are organized and well administer conform with the regulations.

  • Prepare and maintain daily man power report in order to keep the current man power status updated.

SITE ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct and co-ordinate the work of personnel engaged in office services function such as messenger services, operation of the company car, storing and issuing supplies, reception, office boy & girls, distributing and dispatching mail, fax and copying equipment, cleaning and maintaining office equipment.
  • Manage stationary for office operation and liaise with Procurement Manager / staffs to order stationary and other office equipments.
  • Manage all administration and general affairs of up to medium size project such as coordinate transportation and accommodation for project personnel, staff and PTP Guest, process all logistics related documents, monitor and maintain validity of relevant documents which impact on project operations including vehicle registrations.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with local authorities (Lurah, Camat, Tokoh Adat / Agama, Police & Army) and communities around the project.
  • Process Licenses and Permits from local government.
  • Arrange and maintain site security including obtaining back up from Police and Army.
  • Arrange movement of people (employees and visitors).
  • Prepare monthly report and sent to Project Manager.
  • Liaise with Section accounts or Tax Officer relating to financial or tax matters including arranging cheque for site payments.
  • Liaise with HR Officer in handling of any HR / ER issues arisen on project (if required).
  • Liaise with HR Officer in ensuring timesheet, personal advance, and leave are correct prior Project Manager approval.

  • Coach and mentor Survey Assistant and provide them with skills in order to collect the survey pick-ups in the absence of a Surveyor.
