SITE MANAGER

• Age max 45 years old.
• Bachelor degree from faculty mining engineer or geology.
• Min 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry + 5 (five) years in Managerial Level.
• Possess POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) from ESDM Dept.
• Well understand about mining operation (Facility / Equipment / Manpower).
• Familiar make plan, including target of production, controlling, evaluation, improving and analyze of cost production.
• Good knowledge about SHE / K3 procedure in mining sector.
• Has good leadership to subordinate and good interpersonal and organizational skill.
• Communicate with all level in Organization Company and Government.
• Know about all the mining software and use to operation MS office and Internet.
• Health, good performance and able to work under pressure and also familiar work by targeted.
• To be located in remote area and roaster schedule.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English.

K T T

• Age max 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree from mining engineer or geology.
• Min 10 (ten) years experience in mining especially in Nickel + 3 years in Managerial level.
• Posses POU (Pengawas Operation Utama) from ESDM Dept.
• Well understand about Nickel Mining Operation (Facility / Equipment / Manpower).
• Able to make plan and execution, including mining process and analyst cost of production.
• Understand to set-up procedure to reclamation internal and familiar make standard report to Government.
• Familiar with Mining Software and MS Office and to use internet.
• Health, good performance and able work under pressure and work by deadline.
• Good leadership to subordinate and interpersonal skill and organization skill.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English for all level.
• To be located in remote area and roaster schedule.

EXPLORATION SUPERINTENDENT

• Age Max 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology.
• Min 10 (ten) years experience in Nickel Exploration and min 3 years in Managerial level.
• Well understand to make Short plan and long Exploration with cost and analyst.
• Manage and control exploration progress and reported of technical and non technical.
• Familiar to set-up Mapping, Drilling and calculate of resource in site exploration with data support.
• Has experience long term in Geology Modeling.
• Understand with all Mining Software, MS Office and use Internet.
• Familiar to set-up procedure and implementation.
• Health, good performance and able work under pressure and work by deadline.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English for all level.
• To be located in remote area and roaster schedule.

ENGINEER SUPERINTENDENT

• Age Max 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining.
• Min 10 years experience in Nickel is priority and min 3 years in Managerial level
• Able to set-up planning, controlling, improving in all activity of mining.
• Familiar to open – cut mining operation.
• Understand about SHE / K3 in mining operation.
• Has experience long term in Geology Modeling and review.
• Able to use of mining software: Surpac, ArcView, Map Infor, MineScape etc.
• Familiar to set-up procedure and implementation.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English for all level.
• Health and good performance and able to work under pressure and work by deadline.
• To be located in remote area and roaster schedule.

MINING PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

• Age Max 40 years old.
• Min 10 years experience in Nickel is priority and min 3 years in Managerial level.
• Familiar to set-up mine operation (Pit design, facility, equipment, man power).
• Familiar to make plan production and review daily.
• Has experience long term in Geology Modeling.
• Familiar to make harmonious relationship with local area site and Government.
• Able to use of mining software; Surpac, ArcView, Map Info, MineScape etc.
• Able use MS Office and Internet.
• Familiar to set-up procedure and implementation.
• Health, good performance and able work under pressure.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English for all level.
• To be located in remote area and roaster schedule.

GEOLOGYS

• Age max 35 years old.
• Min 7 years experience in Nickel Mining Exploration.
• Familiar use mining software (Minescape, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS).
• Able to MS Office and Internet.
• Familiar with progress report of geology exploration.
• Has experience in Geology modeling, technical and operation support.
• Able work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Familiar stay in flying camp in site area in temporary time.
• Health, good performance and able work under pressure and minimum supervision.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• To be located in remote area and roaster schedule.

SURVEYOR SUPERVISOR

• Age max 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree from Technical Geodesy.
• Min 5 years experience in mining.
• Familiar to use GPS, Auto Cad, Land Desk and other Software.
• Familiar preparation of plan field survey.
• Understand make topographical survey.
• Familiar with report of Survey activity.
• Health, good performance and able work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• To be located in remote area and roaster schedule.

LABORATORY

• Age max 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Chemistry.
• Min 5 years experience in Lab mining.
• Familiar with standard Lab operation.
• Familiar set-up planning, organizing, controlling of mining quality standard.
• Able use MS. Office and other software Lab and Internet.
• Health, good performance and able work under pressure and minimum supervision.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• To be located in remote are and roaster schedule.

PROJECT ENGINEER

• Age max 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree Civil Engineer.
• Min 5 years in Contractor in civil infrastructure in mining site.
• Able to read drawing project and cost estimation detail.
• Able use MS. Office, Internet and Auto Cad V 2/3 dimension.
• Has experience in project management will be advantage.
• Health, good performance and able work under pressure and minimum supervision.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English.

ELECTRICAL

• Age max 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree Electro Engineer.
• Min 5 years Contractor in Engineering – Electrical equivalent.
• Familiar set-up plan high voltage / low voltage installation and cost estimate.
• Able to use MS. Office, Auto Cad and internet.
• Health, good performance and able work under pressure and minimum supervision.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English.
