Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop sales / marketing strategy in assigned territory
- Find and explore new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business
- Coach and monitor sales learn by providing guidance, feed back and direction to ensure successful performance
- Ensure that all sales & marketing activities performed is in compliance with related policy & regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (agronomy I Crop Protection)
- Minimum of 5 years sales experiences
- Excellent communications and networking skills
- Strong drive to guide, coach and monitor the implementation of activities towards achievement of sales
- Wiling to be located in Central Sumatera
