Counter Staff
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer’s complaints.
- Input data customers; give free sample/gifts, promotion / event
Requirements:
- Male/Female, 19 – 25 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Computer Literature, MS Office.
- English.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Smart, Good looking, Service-oriented, Good manner and personality, Good initiative, High Sense of Responsibility and Well-organized.
- Able to work in shift system.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit-Jakarta Utara.
- Must submit recent photograph.
