CONSULTANT/ SENIOR CONSULTANT – TRANSPORTATION
Job Description:
- As a Consultant/Senior Consultant you will play an integral role in leading, client engagements to ensure project b objectives are successfully achieved of the Consultant Senior Consultant will include
- Providing customized, business-focused consulting and strategy development assistance to clients
- Advise clients as they lead their organizations through significant change initiatives
- Project managing client engagements, including managing diverse streams of work and project timeline
- Conducting research, analysis, and overseeing research for client engagements
- Develop presentations for client engagements and managing client relationships
- Assist with the development of new business opportunities and renewing existing client engagements
- Supervise and develop team of consultants
Qualification:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, or in Transportation, or related fields. Preferably MBA or advanced in related field degree
- Minimum of a 5-year professional experience, preferably work experience in consulting firms and/or transportation
- Strong management/supervisory and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and multi-tasking abilities
- Prove a willingness to commit the additional time and effort necessary during periods of heavy workload in order to meet project milestones, implementation deadlines and the like
- Excellent report writing skills and ability to present data and graphics in a user-friendly manner
