HSE COORDINATOR – KALIMANTAN TIMUR

Provide support to the B/L or Project business operation with leading the process of implementing HSE program from implement, execute, monitor and evaluate, the activities and provide corrective action required to achieve good HSE business process compliance with definitive performance target.

Requirements:

  1. Keselamatan Kesehatan kerja – S1/D4 or Hygiene Perusahaan Kesehatan D3 or Engineering S1.
  2. 4 (Four) years of experience in HSE exposure.
  3. Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining industry experience.
  4. Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, HSE procedure, Hazob, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
  5. Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill.
  6. Fair in English both verbal and writing.
  7. Willing to work at remote area.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking lead in execute the HSE key factors in project site.
  • Maintain HSE performance of Target Zero injuries, and Zero harm to community and environment.
  • Monitor the business process, and its been done with proper flow & procedure and comply to all HSE management system.
  • Support the team to achieve individual goals in line with Petrosea Business plan
  • Provide advisory to HSE personnel.
  • Active and effectively to organise of all HSE officer to perform job with highly achievement performance.

Drill & Blast Supervisor

Execute, monitor and control the drill and blast activities of the project in order to ensure that it is completed on time and to the total satisfaction of the client whilst achieving tender profit margins and meeting the safety and quality expectations of the company.

Requirements:

  • Min diploma degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class Blaster Certificate.
  • Min. 5 years previous experience in drilling & blasting, preferably as a supervisor.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written & verbal.
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software.
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
  • Rotation to each site conducting drilling and blasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients drill & blast engineer to plan drilling location.
  • Liaise with client’s surveyor to make sure drilling location.
  • Establish drill & blast design and drill & blast environment treatment plan.
  • Liaise with Production Staff Supervisor to prepare drill pad location.
  • Ensure the job is done right the first time.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of shot firer, tradesman and subordinates.
  • Ensure exploder is maintained to blasting standards of safety and reliable.
  • Ensure workforce is competent to conduct allotted tasks and work is conducted in safe and efficient manner.
  • Collect data of drilling and blasting include record details of drill pattern, location, hole location, blast time, explosive usage and blast result.
  • Build long term relationships with clients by gaining an understanding of clients strategy and upcoming projects/opportunities and demonstrating Petroseas capacity to act as partner in helping clients achieve their strategic goals.
  • Responsible for safety performance and conformance within the area of his control.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling required for all direct reports.

DRILL & BLAST SUPERINTENDENT
(Placement : Site)

Develop drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with blasting sub-contractor and monitor drill and blast results, acknowledging inefficiencies and recommending changes accordingly to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occurs.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate.
  • Min. 10 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling
  • Rotation to each site conducting drilling & blasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, recommend and implement suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations.
  • Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner.
  • Coordinate blast activities; lead, train and mentor blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed.
  • Analyze and communicate drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel.
  • Monitor and control drill and blast operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety are always upheld.
  • Maintain and implementing HSE programs by minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

Drill & Blast Foreman

Monitor and coordinate driller daily activities to ensure drill & blast work is performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform with company’s standard and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proactive safety attitude.
  • Min. 3 years experiences in drill & blast area.
  • Min. High School degree.
  • Absolutely understand in mining drilling technique.
  • Fully understand the function and has ability to operate drilling equipment.
  • Understand Health, Safety and Welfare Principles.
  • Understand to matters in accordance with mining environment structuring

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise driller activities based on drilling design from supervisor, regarding tools requirement, spare part, and consumable goods and also manpower planning in establishment, maintenance, and repairement of site.
  • Monitor, check and examine all welding equipment in the field such as periodic maintenance schedule.
  • Support supervisor to make a drilling environment structuring.
  • Liaise with Safety Officer to ensure windrow or danger sign had been placed in the danger area.
  • Monitor and maintain Work Order (WO) to ensure Work Order information is processed in accordance with BMP.
  • Monitor, check and examine all welding equipment in the field such as periodic maintenance schedule.
  • Conduct formal annual performance review all direct reports, identifying strengths and weaknesses, training needs and agreeing upon goals for the future
  • Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages and Implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.

Customs Officer

Monitor, maintain and handling the customs processing relating to the importation of plant / materials to ensure the imported materials are arrived on time in the respective sites/projects.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 year experience in dealing with customs
  • Min. Diploma degree in any major
  • Good communication and Negotiation skill
  • Able to develop and maintain good relationship with government ( Customs, BKPM, Trade )
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving the Import Request (IR) form and Purchase Order (PO) from the user and send the Purchase Order (PO) to overseas supplier in order to initiate import process.
  • Contact supplier to check the availability date to collect/pickup the materials/ goods and organize the transportation/shipping of the materials / goods to ensure that all goods can be delivered on time.
  • Prepare and arrange the import / shipping document base on customs law such as proforma invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/ AWB by liaise with the supplier and forwarder/shipping agent to ensure all import & shipping documents are completed.
  • Liaise with the insurance coordinator for the arrangement of insurance in order to cover the imported shipment.
  • Monitor and trace the material/goods delivery from / to overseas and inform the status to site on daily basis to ensure the material / goods are delivered on time.
  • Check and identify the Import Tariff from the Harmonize System (HS Code) book in order to Create Customs Declaration (PIB).
  • Organize the payment of import duty and taxes.
  • Handling /monitoring the customs clearance processing.
  • Request the Goods Received Report (GRR) from the requisitioner once the materials/goods are received on site.
  • Prepare cost allocation of importation & international freights invoices for approval from relevant managers and Liaise with accounting department to process any invoices of import/export forwarders and monitor the payment to ensure all invoices are validated and paid in timely manner.
  • Responsible for preparing & completing of the import document for purposes of regular customs audit.
  • Organize the regular daily outbound shipment(for office document).
  • Manage filing system and confidential files as necessary for purposes of customs audit.
  • Submit weekly & monthly report.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Communications Engineer
(Placement : Balikpapan)

Provide high level service and technical support to maintain and support FMS systems for Radio Wireless systems, Switch, LAN, to future communication infrastructure for Monitoring FMS Systems at Site.

Requirements:

  • Have minimum Diploma degree in Information Technology , Bachelor Degree are preferable
  • Min. 3 year experience in similar field
  • Good Analysis and problem solving skill
  • Strong reporting and technical writing
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitoring & maintain all FMS communications systems on site with monitoring tools and maintenance on site, coordination with ICT JKT for connection reliability and troubleshooting.
  • Manage, monitoring & maintain FMS systems and wireless systems with monitoring tools and maintenance on site to ensure wireless communication systems running well and can support and handling all application.
  • Manage wireless user for Reliability & security connection with Petrosea MIS Policy and control wireless connection for Backbone to achieve reliability on satellite Communication system as per SLA agreement.
  • Design and manage Wireless Radio communication systems to support communication at site and monitor permit for the radio frequency to ensure Radio Communications systems are designed & maintained in proper rules refer to DIRJENPOSTEL Policy.
  • Manage and monitor CCTV systems to ensure CCTV systems are designed properly.
  • Update all network and communications Documentation and manage switch connection for FMS Systems.
  • Coordination and working together with Site comms Engineer and IT Engineer to support systems at site.
  • Develop KPIs for customer satisfaction for communications with the monitoring tools to monitor systems performance at site
  • Manage and meet with vendors in regards to support systems at site
  • Set targets and goals for the communication team in regards to customer satisfaction
  • Controlling link usage to ensure proper allocation for application to run through all links from main office to pit location

COMMERCIAL ENGINEER

Prepare, review and analyse contract document, including auditing documents for compliance and offer a legal perspective to all situations that may expose company to risk in order to enhance companys effectiveness and efficiencies in term of minimising such risk in commercial/contracts.

Requirements:

  • Requires travel to Project Locations as required
  • Vendor/suppliers/subcontractor meetings and visits
  • Interface with commercial/legal service providers
  • Audits investigations
  • Risk and exposure due diligence
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Engineering
  • Min. 5 years experiences in contract / commercial

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse contracts at the Tender stage, giving input to the Bid Manager regarding the contract composition/legalities and any qualifications required in order to align conditions to Petrosea contracting guidelines
  • Drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers in resolving contractual issues with the Client/vendors
  • Organize and manage variations and claims to their scope of work and successfully negotiate these to settlement, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement.
  • Monitor and control contract implementation to ensure that the Client and Petrosea follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.
  • Evaluate and analyse all legal aspects of commercial documents/contracts and manage such to stay abreast of commercial change/risk
  • Evaluate and conduct restructuring of internal documents to ensure all companys documents are in accordance with the Petrosea Contracting Principles and management of commercial contracts.
  • Client Monthly Report (CMR) – Check accuracy and completeness of CMR. Monitor timeliness and ensure submission and circulation

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT (Mining)
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Identify potential business development opportunities and design in Mining and oversee feasibility studies to assess their viability.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Having minimal 5 (five) years exposure in Mining industry
  • Min. 5 years experience in similiar field
  • Knowledge of legal & administration aspects related Mining government regulations and tender process
  • Good communication and networking capability

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying business opportunities and evaluating opportunities in mining areas such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances, and business deals.
  • Monitor and control market research or analysis of projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
  • Establish long term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organisations products and services.
  • Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organisations business interest.
  • Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organisation and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of business development analyst professionals to ensure the projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate and review work done by mining estimator to get most accurate and competitive price to be submitted to potential client but still giving company a proper margin as stated in company policy.
