We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
1. Project Manager – Toll Roads (758413)
- Min. Degree in Civil Engineering or experience in Project Management
- Min. 20 years working exposure to construction
- Min. 15 years as a manager or leader of people in the civil construction area
- Be able to provide leadership and proactive management in relation to Toll Road project works in Central Java
- Extensive experience in leading a large civil construction site team,civil planning, scheduling, project management, estimating, budgeting and client relations
- Analytical and understanding of contractual obligations and their impact on profitability
2. Resident Site Engineer – Toll Roads (761382)
- Min. Degree in Civil Engineering or experience in Project Management
- Min. 20 years post graduate/senior experience and strong knowledge in Indonesian Construction regulations & standards
- Be responsible for accurate Technical and progress reporting on behalf of Thiess Toll Company and understand the project funding, facilities management and community engagement
- Be able to maintain external relationship with the third Party Supervision Consultants.
3. Manager Technical Training (782941)
- Min. Degree in Human Resources, Management or related education
- More than 8 years in a similar Senior Management Leadership Role in Training function
- Experience in the Mining and Construction Industry
- Have Competency Based Training System principles and concepts
4. Supervisor Drill & Blasting (783643)
- Min. Senior High School
- Min. 1 year experience as Supervisor Drill & Blasting
- Understand the drill blast design and explosive product usage
- Have Supervisory level 1 (Pratama) certification; and Blast Trainee 2nd class (KJL Kelas 2)
- Familiar about explosive charging plan for high-wall design, coal design, wedge area; and liaise with Drill and Blast Engineer regarding drill design and planning
5. Plant Engineer (783675)
- Engineering, Mechanical Degree with analytical skills/experience
- Minimum 3 year experiences in similar role within mining industry and familiar with heavy equipment repair/maintenance
- Having good ability, analytical & problem solving process, dynamic and forward thinking in order to identify machine condition to prevent failures
6. Plant External/ Warranty Repair (782070)
- Engineering, Mechanical Degree with analytical skills/experience
- Minimum 3 year experiences in similar role within mining industry and familiar with heavy equipment External / Warranty Repair, has knowledge in application failure analyst, include the analyst component condition
7. DMG Analyst (783759)
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation Engineering or related subject
- Minimum 2 year experiences in analyzing data or mining & maintenance industry
- Deep understanding of how ERP systems works especially in Cost and Planning modules and understand the importance of a complete and accurate data for in an MIS
8. Senior Supervisor – Mechanic (782914)
- Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential
- Minimum of 5 year experiences as Mechanic Supervisor
- Should has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry
- Having strong motivation, able to lead, organize and provide direction to employees, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits
9. Supervisor – Mechanic (774581)
- Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential
- Minimum of 5 year experiences as Foreman or Lead Hand Mechanic
- Should has experienced in heavy equipment mechanical repair, planning of mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry
- Having strong motivation, able to lead, organize and provide direction to employees, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits
10. Supervisor – Auto Electrician (782903)
- Recognized Trade and / or Electrical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential
- Minimum of 5 year experiences as Foreman or Lead Hand Auto Electric
- Should has experienced in heavy equipment auto electrical repair, planning of auto electrical repair and supervision in the mining industry
General Qualification:
- Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa Indonesia (1, 2, 3)
- Strong leadership skill, planning & organizing, analytical skills, influencing, self-directed, good team work, good working relationship, cultural sensitivity, should be able to work under deadlines, and understand commercial matters to a timely project (1, 2, 3)
- Willing to be located on Thiess Toll Road Projects (1, 2) be based in Balikpapan (3), will be located at Sangatta (4), and Satui (5 – 10)
