PT Perforindo Teknika Nusantara is a dynamic and rapidly growing national service company involved in the energy sector. Currently we are looking to identify and to hire a self motivated/enthusiastic professional to work from our South Jakarta offices in the capacity of:
ASSISTANT COUNTRY MANAGER (ACM-PTN)
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Country Manager in all aspects of the company s business and will be expected to liaise closely with field and admin staff to ensure timely reporting of operational and financial data. Full responsibility for the business unit will be bestowed upon the ACM when the Country Manager is out of country.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the growth and achievement of revenue and EBIT targets.
- Management and evaluation of all activities in a complex business covering a variety of diverse products, and services.
- Controls and coordinates all operational activities.
- Monitors the business unit within the criteria of safety, employee relations, cost, quality and training.
- Balances operational success with cost effectiveness and profitability.
- Mentors and trains staff and customers.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years experience in at least one of following fields is required, Fishing, HWO, Logging, TCP, Completions or Coiled Tubing operations.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), computer literate, leadership, organization skill, and highly motivated.
- Preference will be given to those applicants with a Bachelor s Degree, Master s Degree/Post Graduate Degree or MBA.
