Account Executive

Responsibilities:
* Planning and organizing the sales activities by developing the strategies and tactic in order to achieve the assigned monthly sales budget.
* Maximizing sales activities with at least 7 sales call a day (including 5 face calls and 2 new business calls)
* Developing rapport to the team members and the area sales manager by being effective team player
* Utilizing at least 80% of the time meeting the customer in field
* Capturing and developing new business opportunities from existing and new account within his/her sales area
* Preparing a complete customer profile (data base management) for major account in each sales territory in order to formulate strategies in anticipating a major threat from the competitor.
* Providing a weekly call plan and account development for the existing and new account
* Working together with the other functional departments locally or regionally whenever required achieving the business/sales objective.
* Supporting and promoting the DHL customer access facilities especially for major customers in order to lock them in.
* Monitoring and sharing the competitive information in weekly basis with all Jakarta Account Manager
* Submitting without fail the weekly call plan and the progress reports of given projects.
* Participating and being responsible for any project assigned by the Area Sales Manager/Area Manager

Requirements:
* University degree, preferably in Economics or Business with broad knowledge of Sales
* At least 3 years experience in sales
* Posses a high level of intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work in a team and has a good organization skills
* Able to manage, develop relationship and negotiate at all levels of management
* Must be innovative, good communication, presentation and analytical skills
* Fluency in English (written & spoken)
* Computer literacy (MS Office)
* Willing to travel and own car
