Air Drilling Associates is a US company that provides air-, mist-, foam-, aerated fluid and other under-balanced drilling services for the oil and geothermal industries. For our operations in Indonesia, we are urgently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
SENIOR OPERATOR – Operations department
We are looking for high potentials on drilling rigs in a position of Driller or Assistant Driller, who want to take the challenge to become a Junior Supervisor leading independently our night shift operation with the support of our trained operators.
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years work experience as Driller / Assistant Driller
- Must have experience with Caterpillar C-series engines (operating, trouble shoot)
- Must have served drilling and safety relevant training courses with certification
- Must have good command in oral and written English
- Must have experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel spread sheets
- Knowledge of drilling geothermal wells would be desirable
- Experience with industrial compressors would be an advantage
- Willing to work unscheduled times on remote locations for about 4 to 6 weeks
- Must be adaptable to all kinds of work conditions and at times extended working hours
