PROJECTS

Site Manager (PR-SM)
Responsible for ensuring that the project design intent is carried out professionally and constructed properly within the expected quality and time constraints. Coordinate and ensure that all works in the field related to design structure, mechanical/ electrical and architectural design are accomplished within the set time frame and quality. Regularly review the projects with the Project Manager before and after presenting to
the Development Review Committee. Report project progression to construction manager and daily operational activity to project manager.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
– At least 5 years experience as site manager at a construction company.
– Able to work effectively under pressure, consistent, set priorities and meet tight deadlines

Head of Quantity Surveyor (PR-HQS)
Responsible for the preparation of the construction budget for mixed-use developments, conduct tender process as well as clarification and negotiation with contractors. Minimize the cost of the project and enhance value for money, whilst still achieving the required standard and quality. The position will perform risk and value management and cost control. Also responsible for organizing & storing documents through computer/technology based info.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Electrical
– At least 10 years experience as an estimator at large building contractor.
– Comprehend the price trends of building material in the market
– Comprehend and familiar with various types of contract and its detail.
– Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Competent in CAD and knowledgeable in Win-Est Pro would be an advantage.

Head of Administration/Cost Control (PR-HCC)
Responsible for preparing project cash flow, monitoring actual disbursement and compares with the projected cash flow and budget, review all application for payment to contractor and suppliers, also review and monitors all change orders for legitimacy and fairness

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Accounting
– Deep knowledge in project accounting
– At least 10 years experience with High rise Buildings
– Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Head of Schedule Control (PR-HSC)
Responsible for reviewing schedules submitted by the contractor and recommendation adjustment if necessary, monitoring actual accomplishment and comparing them with the schedule, assessing regularly the sufficiency of the contractors on-site resources to support project schedule, assisting the QC group prepare a submittal log to monitor status of submittals, reviewing requests for time extension by the contractors and submitting recommendation.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
– Deep knowledge in planning & scheduling
– At least 10 years in project
– High Rise Building

Head of Document Control (PR-HDC)
Responsible for maintaining and updating Project Records such as jobsite logbook, change order documents, Billings of Contractor & Supplier, Shop drawings etc, reviewing and interpreting contract documents, protecting project documents from damages & losses.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Law or other related course
– Having knowledge about contract management
– At least 10 years experience in project
– High Rise Building

Structural Site Engineer (PR- SSE)
Responsible for ensuring that the structural drawing and project execution is in compliance with the design. Report project progression to Construction Manager and daily operational activity to Head Engineer in Corporate.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
– At least 3 years experience as site engineer at a construction company

Mechanical Electrical Site Engineer (PR – MSE)
Responsible for ensuring that the M/E drawing complies with the design and that the project execution of all M/E works is carried out in compliance with the design. Report project progression to Construction Manager and daily operational activity to Head Engineer in Corporate.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
– At least 3 years experience as site engineer at a construction company.

Landscape Architect (PR-LA)
Responsible for the design implementation and landscape supervision of Lippo’s projects and must work closely with architects, consultants and planner as well as supervise contractor’s work on site to ensure the smooth progress and completion of project within cost, time and the highest quality standard. Will also be responsible for assisting in the design, procurement, contract administration and site supervision on a range of Lippo’s projects.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture/Agricultural/Art
– At least 2 years practice experience in indoor/outdoor landscape.

Junior Urban Planner (PR-JUP)
Responsible for liaising with consultants, contractors, and authorities on project matters and responsible for the schedule planning and monitoring. He/she will review contractor’s baseline, physical programmes reporting and assess time extension claims, he/she will co-ordinate, track and monitor progress in compliance with the contractual key dates and requirements of various interfacing works. He/she will also provide scenario analysis and advise Project Director on the overall project completion schedule and prepare the relevant weekly and monthly project reports.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Architecture
– At least 2 years practices experience in planning.

RESIDENTIAL, APARTMENT AND RETAIL PROJECT

Sales Manager (HID – SM)
Responsible to sell property products by creating comprehensive sales activities. Each individual will be given sales target. For those who achieve or exceed the target will be rewarded with very attractive and generous incentives.

Qualifications:
– Minimum Senior High School graduates
– Housewives are encouraged also to apply
– Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably in property sales

MALLS
Center Director / Senior Center Manager (M-CD/CM)
Senior role with responsibility for the overall effective management of the mall and achievement of company objectives. The position requires a high degree of autonomy and strong team leadership / people management skills, strong financial skills, a customer service focus and a desire to succeed.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
– At least 4 years experience with center management, retail, leasing or hospitality management experience
– Proven ability to set and achieve budgets

Marketing Managers (M – MM)
Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the marketing budget and plan to deliver increased sales and traffic at the mall. Also responsible to ensure the creation and forward planning of a strategic annual marketing plan using the analysis of the customer demographics and previous retail mall experience.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in any discipline
– At least 5 years experience in shopping mall or retail
– Have a strong communication skill.

Portfolio Casual Leasing Manager (M – CLM)
Responsible to increase the value of property through actively pursuing new retailers that add value to the assets’ performance and at the same time constantly reviewing existing retailer performance with recommendation to replace/relocate none performing
operators. Preparing of strategic business/leasing plans land budgets, together with assisting in preparation of redevelopment proposals and recommendations to the business manager for review.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration
– At least 5 years experience in shopping mall or marketing retail.

Leasing Manager (M – LM)
Responsible for monitoring leasing, lease assignment or lease termination on insolvent tenant, tenancy mix and opening of leased unit. Propose unit prices, leasing revenue and occupancy rate target based on survey comparison on surrounding competitors to
be approved by Management. Coordinate LOO, leasing report preparation, casual & wall sign & pole sign lease, LOI preparation for newly offered prospective tenant. Ensures established target is met. Ensures that non-productive area generates revenue for the company.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration
– At least 5 years experience in shopping mall or marketing retail.

Operation Manager (M – OM)
Responsible to provide general direction, manages, organizes, plans and coordinates the work of the Building and Safety division including plan review, building inspection, enforcement, and permit processing; provides highly responsible, professional technical expertise, guidance and support to assure compliance with standards to safeguard public safety and property related to construction, design, quality of material, use, occupancy, location and maintenance of structures and performs other job related work as required.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Engineering
– At least 5 years experience in high rise building project.

– Graduated from reputable universities (overseas graduate will bean advantage)
– Proficient in oral and written English & computer literate
