PT TECONINDO MINING is Group of TECONINDO which develop to MINING INDUSTRY as an established professional Mining company providing services that include Mine Development, Mine Management, Operational Improvements, Technical Studies and Consultancy to the leading Indonesian mining companies.Regarding faster growth for this company in mining Industry and having a few new contract in Kalimantan Timur we need a few position as bellow:

1. Senior Mine Surveyor

Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide survey control for the mining, construction and exploration activities. Maintain the mine survey control coordinate system. Weekly pit face and dump face location surveys. Daily set out of ore control blocks. Provides control for the blast hole pegging. Stakes out control for ore control drilling. Provide control and engineering set out for construction activities. Training in all facets of mine, construction and exploration surveying activities. Supervise surveyors and surveyor assistant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum undergraduate degree
  • 10 years experience in mine surveying position
  • Over 5 years utilizing HPGPS technologies
  • Competent user of the Surpac surveying software
  • Good communication skills both written and oral

2. Mechanic Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the operation of the TECONINDO MINING. Maintain, repair and troubleshoot facility vehicles and equipment and manage supply inventory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide direction and supervision for motor pool staff. Perform performance appraisals, establish and review goals. Conduct disciplinary actions, as needed, according to facility and state policy. Review training history and schedule staff for new training opportunities.
  • Repair, fabricate and solve problems for facility vehicles and equipment, using various types of hand and power tools, electrical diagnostic equipment and fabrication equipment, such as a lathe and welder.
  • Manage parts inventory, fuel purchases and supply parts purchases. Assign trip vehicles.
  • Prioritize repairs and preventative maintenance schedules. Oversee maintenance logs. Maintain all required agency and state records and reports pertaining to the motor pool.
  • Budget for new shop equipment, tools, supplies, vehicles and equipment purchases.
  • Manage underground storage fuel tanks and ensure compliance with all applicable reporting requirements and mandates
  • Knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Skilled in supervising employees and the ability to address and resolve staff performance issues, as necessary.
  • Ability and skill to diagnose, fabricate, repair and correct problems with vehicles, heavy equipment, electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Must be competent with the use of computer and various software programs.
  • Knowledge of facility and state budgetary processes.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to drive vehicles, and operate large complex cleaning and grounds maintenance equipment.
  • Exposure to hazardous materials, bodily fluids, chemicals, bio-hazards, potential explosive, and/or the elements

3. PLANNER ENGINEER

Job description:

  • Update, develop and maintain the schedule
  • Ensure the reporting of the activities on a weekly basis
  • Provide detailed analysis of the past and prepare accurate projection for the completion of the project

Requirement:

  • Working experience in construction and fabrication of well known company minimum 4 years
  • Very fine proficiency in English, MS Project, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Min. D3/S1 Degree, background from Engineering study of reputable educational institutional (such as: ITB, ITS, UI, UGM, etc.)

3. HRGA Superintendent

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that HR management systems are in line with operational requirements to meet the short and long term demands of the company in the order to remain competitive nationally.
  • Assist HR Manager with any operational activities.
  • Manage the central employee relation activities of the operation in a responsible manner
  • Develop strong supportive relationships with the site management to expedite all recruitment needs and ongoing workforce planning
  • Assist in the facilitation , initiation, design and implementation of HR projects
  • Crеаtе and implement an effective HR & GA system & program, including recruitment, counseling, compensation, benefits & welfare management, industrial relation, training & development, government affair & legal affair, compliance οf Indonesian corporate law, labor law & related laws, CSR program & ISO compliances.
  • Formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree, Master s Degree, in human resource management. Masters degree will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably in the Mining industry)
  • Required language(s): English (preferred)
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation and best practices and principles in human resource management.
  • Proven experience &skill in the application of HR procedures pertaining to on-boarding of new recruits, tracking of work hours, leave, disciplinary procedures, etc.
  • Extremely detail oriented, proactive and organized with strong technology and Microsoft office skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building skills and adaptability to work with people from various cultures and areas of the business, including internal and external stakeholders
