Mechanical / Piping Field Construction Engineer
(Sulawesi)

Responsibilities:

  • Control, review, check, inspect and supervise construction activities, especially in mechanical / piping work.
  • Analyzing on lifting of heavy equipment installation.
  • Resolves any contractual/legal matters and takes action.
  • Analyze exposure to risk and quantify potential for losses.
  • Interface / mediate between various engineering disciplines and departments.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
  • Min. 10 years in construction of oil-gas facilities, involving.: piping fabrication, installation work, welding and its inspection on piping work, mechanical installation work, lifting of heavy equipment installation, etc. Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in Oil & Gas sector).

Instrument Field Construction Engineer
(Sulawesi)

Responsibilities:

  • Control, review, check, inspect and supervise construction activities, especially in instrument work.

Requirements:

Instrumentation Inspector
(Jakarta – Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to QA/QC Coordinator for all construction activity related to Quality Assurance & Quality Control and Ensure that QC Contractor has conduct examination for all instrumentation equipment accord with the approved procedure.
  • Responsible for all instrumentation equipment bought by EPC Contractor such as PSV and gas meter has passed the test in the factory and completed with validated document.
  • Ensure fabricated gas meter has comply with the AFC Drawing and suit with ITP.
  • Coordinate with QC Contractor for gas meter, instrumentation equipment and calibration any equipment related with gas meter.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any major of Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in field instrumentation Migas operation.
  • Understand instrument engineering document/drawing : specification, data sheet, wiring/loop diagram, instalation/hook up, P & ID.
  • Understand instrumentation testing procedure : calibration, leak test, continuity test, loop test, function test and SA (Surge Arrestor).
  • Understand certification procedure including with Migas/BP Migas : metering, PSV.

Drilling Support Engineer
(Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review drilling rig contract, services and procurement including technical estimation for tender to support drilling operation.
  • Arrange cost estimation/calculation for wells drilling and other support facilities, monitor and analyze the drilling operation in order to make it accordance with the budget.
  • Monitor drilling operation activity and support drilling program continuity in accordance with the plan.
  • Review operation and contract strategy for all operation to get an optimum wells drilling.
  • Planning transportation for material & equipment mobilization process in coordination with Drilling Superintendent & Operation Engineer.
  • Administration duties for all payments of purchasing activities , operation and material delivery process (PO, WAN, etc).
  • Making recapitulation data of all material usage and budget expense of drilling project in coordination with Field Administrator and Operation Engineer.
  • Conduct close-out process with Section Head and auditing with internal or external party.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Dgeree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, and Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in drilling of oil and gas operation.
  • Certified in Drilling Technique.
  • Certified PTK 007 BPMIGAS.

Pressure Vessel & Tank Inspector
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to QA/QC Coordinator for all construction activity related to Quality Assurance & Quality Control.
  • Responsible for all aspect and vessel & tank fabrication phase bought by the contractor including the instrumentation such as PSV, glass level, PCV, etc. has examined at the factory and the Fabricator has complete it with validated document.
  • Ensure all fabrication personnel who is responsible for vessel tank fabrication has the authority to accomplish the equipment fabrication.
  • Ensure that local fabricator has comply the construction aspect and Migas level aspect.
  • Ensure that QC Contractor has examined the equipment in accordance with approved procedure.
  • Verify that the contractor has conduct material checking and other necessary test.
  • Ensure all welder, welding procedure and testing procedure has been reviewed and approved, also ensure that all personnel certification has accordance with their qualification.
  • Ensure all test equipment like pressure & temperature gage, dead weight tester has comply the validated certification.
  • Coordinate with field Construction representation to conduct SAT witnessed by Migas official.
  • Coordinate with contractor for all documentation aspect related to SKPP & SKPI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering (any major).
  • 10 years experience in fabrication inspection & tank hoarder Migas Operation.
  • Certified as Pressure Vessel & tank hoarder Inspector from Migas.
  • Understand Engineering doc/drawing : specification, data sheet, P & ID.
  • Understand testing procedure for Vessel tank hoarder.
  • Understand MIGAS/BPMIGAS certification procedure for hydrotest pressure vessel, leak test tank hoarder.

Electrical Engineer
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Review and comment EPC deliverables, assist and perform such required independent electrical designs under the direction of the company Electrical Lead Engineer.
  • Well known use and operate of the electrical various software application such as ETAP, Chalmlite.
  • Inspect electrical device during FAT and SAT.
  • Communication with other discipline ( process, instrument, mechanical, piping, civil ) to ensure that the design is properly and meet to COMPANY requirement.

Environment Engineer
(Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Environmental performance index and practicable periodic Environmental programs.
  • Assist HSE Coordinator to control project Environmental programs.
  • Capable to define related Environmental regulations requirement regarding project.
  • Evaluate existing Environmental policies and procedures or create new policies and procedures.
  • Capable to communicate actively to all construction leaders, including contractor s leader to ensure work activities are comply with company and government HSE regulations.
  • Provide periodic reporting on programs and activities to HSE Coordinator.
  • Provide and exercise Environmental statistical data.

Completion Engineer
(Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Making database summary of completed drilling project for comparison data to the next drilling program/plan (Offset Well Data).
  • Designing well and details of drilling program for a well construction project (onshore & offshore) including all technical/engineering plan, cost estimation, material purchase plan and drilling equipment (Well Construction Program).
  • Preparing cost estimation proposal and technically presented the plan to BPMIGAS to get an approval for executing the project (AFE & WP&B).
  • Searching and analyze necessary material & equipment to be applied in the drilling project and estimate risk & cost analyst (Technology Scouting).
  • Analyze and plan optimalization well design, drilling & completion, and overall budget proposal from the drilling summary result made by Drilling Superintendent.

Contract Engineer
(Jakarta – Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze subcontract documentation (interpretation of contract scope and terms and conditions).
  • Provide advice and seek counsel on contractual, commercial, taxation, insurance and legal issues.
  • Coordinate subcontracts development, compilation, sourcing, pre-tenders, invitation to tender, evaluations of proposals received including requests for qualifications.
  • Post award coordination of Subcontract Variations, including evaluation of Subcontractor s claims and defending claims from Subcontractors.
  • Participate in Subcontract audits, reviewing records for accuracy and conformance to standards.

Construction Superintendent
(Jakarta – Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to QA/QC Coordinator for all construction activity related to Quality Assurance & Quality Control, including ERW pipe quality, pipe line, fitting pipe and valve.
  • Coordinating with pipe factory QC to monitor the ERW pipe quality seamless.
  • Responsible to ERW pipe quality or seamless bought from inside and out of country.
  • Verify the processing of ERW pipe production from the pipe mill process until it comply the standard and certificate issued by pipe mill from Indonesian factory or pipe material, valve and pipe fitting imported from out of country.
  • Ensure that contractor has conducted material checking: pipe line, pipe fitting and leak test valve that bought by EPC Contractor before deliver it to the job site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering.
