Depot Manager (location: Batam)
Achieve branch target n well as manage day-to-day operational branch activities. Leading a team of Balikpapan branch, maintain relationship with existing and potential client, develop the network, ensure operational excellence, monitor debtor performance, and handle customer service matters are also part of responsibilities.

Qualifications bachelor degree, minimum 5 years experience in sales/branch management, great leadership, excellent business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skill, fluent in English, familiar using MS Office.

Sales & Marketing Department
Major Account Manager

Managing establish accounts and maintaining long-term, customer relationships within their local area in order to achieve the profitable growth of a portfolio of pre-determined existing and prospect Major Account This position require the jobholder must have own car.

Qualification: minimum bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years sales experience and have a proven sales record, a highly motivated individual who driven meet the company’s target is essential, highly presentation and interpersonal skills as well.

Sales Executive (location: Jakarta, Surabaya, and Denpasar)

  • Managing established accounts and expanding market share within the area.
  • Aggressive new business creation.
  • Identify and to develop new opportunities in the market This position require the jobholder must have own car.

Qualifications: bachelor degree with min 3 – 5 years hands-on experience in similar position, communication skill (English and Bahasa), computer literate.

Telesales (location: Jakarta, Denpasar, Batam, and Bandung)
Generating new business by calling qualified prospect. Closing the dealing accordingly in line with targets. Updating the database in order to maintain number of source.

Qualifications: bachelor degree with min 2 – 3 years hands-on experience in similar position, communication skill (English and Bahasa), computer literate.

Operational Department
Risk and Security Manager

  • Identifying, evaluating and controlling economically the exposure threatening the assets or earnings capability of the company.
  • To limit and if possible to reduce the costs of risks to the company.
  • Developing and implementing sound security strategies by developing and continuously reviewing securities policies for the business unit. Manage security investigation in relation to good in transit claims and continue to reduce losses and damages to client shipment and other assets. To empower, train and develop security staff, and achieve full commitment to security business plans.

Qualifications: min Bachelor Degree in any discipline, minimum 5 years of relevant Security / Compliance / Operational experience and 3 years experience in multinational company, good understanding of Country security environment and legislation initiatives, having strong knowledge of electronic security system, deployment, management of security guarding services & investigation procedures, great people management, communication, leadership and influencing skills, able to interact with peers, subordinate and those with higher authority within and outside organization, willingness and flexibility to travel extensively/globally without restriction, fluent verbal and written English skills.

Import Executive
Monitor import process by tracing, prepare necessary documentation and communicate to enable on-time clearance and delivery in perfect condition, correct invoicing and legal & regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: minimum diploma degree with 3 years experience in similar position and customer oriented, fluent in English computer literate, having PPJK is preferable

Field Custom Assistant
Responsible for timely input of accurate consignment and piece information, check and if needed completion of customs paperwork to enable on-time clearance and delivery and in perfect condition, correct invoicing and legal & regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: minimum diploma 1, basic verbal and written in English, experience in dam entry and custom related activities, having PPJK is preferable.

Finance and Accounting Department
Major Account Credit Control Assistant

Contact major account customer by phone in order to collect trade receivables, to monitor and follow up all the payment process by customer and to minimize credit risk write-offs and payment terms extended to customers.

Qualifications: minimum bachelor degree, have 3 years experience in similar function from banking/service industry, enjoy dealing with others and paperwork.
