Cost Management Officer
Responsibilities:
* Responsible to stipulate for department expenses management method organize to establish and implement total cost management mechanism.
* Responsible to stipulate for management method of fixed assets, periodically organize to check, take inventory ,and initially review assets inventory surplus or loss , allocating , scrap and disposition.
* Responsible to calculate, monitor, review and analysis the book situation of deposit interest payable once a month.
* Responsible to review initially the expenditure application submitted by branches and departments.
* Responsible to establish centralized purchasing mechanism and stipulate for centralized purchasing regulation.
* Responsible to organize to implement the tax law and perfect the relevant regulation.
* Responsible to compile the form of the tax declaration and submit it to the revenue on time.
* Responsible to accomplish other job arranged by head of department.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
* English and Chinese are required
* At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Able to work under tight schedule.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Able to work with different and diverse teams.
* Must familiar with BI regulations and Tax.
* Must familiar with accounting principles.
* Full-Time positions available.
