URGENTLY REQUIRED
PT Semen Andalas Indonesia a subsidiary of world leader in cement manufacturing and building material having its operation in Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau and Batam invites you to join our team to be based in Medan- North Sumatra as:

  1. CASHIER (Code: CR)
  2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Code: SRM)

1. CASHIER (CR):
Reports to Accounting Manager, the candidate is responsible to:

  • Communicate with suppliers who are asking the status of the payment and with company’s bank any payment rejected by supplier’s bank.
  • Ensure that all payment transactions are fully authorized & released and create manual payment to retransfer rejected payment.
  • Issue check for petty cash reimbursement from terminal and head office.
  • Record the travel advance & reimbursement requested and submitted by employee.

General Requirements for CR:

  • Must possess at least D3 with Finance/Banking/Accounting background with maximum 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates with higher qualification (S1) are encouraged to apply.
  • Deep understanding in accounting and basic administration.
  • Have knowledge in preparation of financial report.
  • English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE (SRM):
Reports to Head of Sales, the candidate is responsible to:

  • Recognize & analyze market by monitoring cement & other material products price, propose recommendation for maintaining & expanding market share, and conducting market survey.
  • Build and develop relationship with existing customers and prospected customers to do sales deal and customer service.
  • Plan and organize promotion activities for distribution chains and direct customers.
  • Update customer database, price and market data for analyzing purpose.
  • Investigate if it is found that cement distribution was not conducted properly.
  • Input sales order, do invoicing and monitor process & release order if needed.

General Requirements for SRM:

  • Must possess at least Bachelor degree from recognized university majoring in Civil Engineering/Economic/Marketing with maximum 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Macro economic and marketing principles knowledgeable.
  • Good personalities, energetic and able to work under pressure; aggressive, initiative & customer oriented; and having an excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
  • English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Have SIM A is preferable.
