Branch Maintenance & Development Services (BMDS)
Responsible to manage branch premises, vendor analysis, maintenance building, government permit, feasibility study for relocation and new branches
Requirements:
• Male/female, max 35 years old
• Bachelor degree (S1) in majoring architectural/Civil from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction and branch development
• Strong knowledge in banking premises area will be an advantage
• Excellent in time management skill
• Strong presentation & analytical skill
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Computer skill (MS Office, Power Point, AutoCAD, Photoshop)
