Accounting Manager – JDE Project (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the JDE Implementation for accounting system
  • Preferably who experienced In Implementation Hyperion, Accipac etc
  • Work effectively with Finance/Operational support team members and IT staff in ongoing design, testing and support of business application system needs.
  • Duties involve providing responsible technical and professional assistance to departments, troubleshooting day-to-day Business application issues.
  • Develop extensive domain knowledge of the plantation sector operating & business environment.
  • Assist in effort to minimize customizations, utilizing system functionality as designed.
  • Assist in security of business data to ensure accurate and appropriate use of resources, data and end user menus/reports.
  • Assist the project team in coordinating implementation planning and documentation.
  • Coordinate UAT activities among various areas for software releases including end user training and documentation.
  • Assist in all forms data migration and ETL operations for Master and transactional data.
  • Assist in mapping and maintenance of Chart of Accounts data across different systems.
  • Utilize resources effectively to bring software solutions to completion. Resources may include team, development staff, vendors or consultants. Completion involves meeting milestones, benchmarks, go live and go live support activities
  • Translate Finance related MIS/EIS requirements in requirements specification documents and ensure the delivery of such information.
  • Review, validate and reconcile financial information being generated from the application.
  • Analyze the EIS requirements of across the value chain of the enterprise and identify sources for generating such information.
  • Act as the link between Finance Dept from IT department and ensure the business system applications implemented/ planed for Implementation as per business needs are aligned to derive optimum efficiencies in managing business operation.
  • Assist in studying the functional enhancements brought about by release upgrades.
  • Work effectively with end users to perform a thorough analysis of business operations and procedures with an eye towards increasing efficiency and productivity
  • Asses end user training requirements and conduct training workshop sessions for the local user community,
  • Build/translate JOE end user documentation into local language (Bahasa).
  • Conduct continuous research and development into business applications and process optimization tools/methodologies
  • Determine awareness across the organization to optimize the use of business systems applications in meeting management information requirements to effectively manage respective functions;

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or Management/Cost Accounting/ Business Analyst.

Accounting Manager (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible maintaining a healthy financial position including efficient handling of funds, meeting statutory requirements, development and implementation of systems, procedures and initiatives to improve overall productivity.
  • To ensure smooth operations of the MIS and computerized accounting system and take necessary actions for systems upgrading to cope with the changing requirements. This includes timely submission of regular management information and other ad hoc information requested by the group senior management.
  • To ensure the development and setting in place of an effective management accounting function within the organization, In order to provide leadership to organizational improvement initiatives. The jobholder must identify and assess the relevant techniques to be adopted, and supervise, thus guide the management accounting towards implementation.
  • To ensure efficient management of the treasury function including projection of future cash flows, arranging adequate funds to meet day to day requirements and ensure that the disbursements are within the approved operational cash flows.
  • To actively participate in the preparation of the annual budgets, comparison of actual performance against the budget, identifying and analyzing variances, and devise and monitor the implementation of necessary actions to manage/improve variances.
  • To participate in performance management and operational productivity improvement by reviewing KRAS regularly monitoring trends and improvement and carryout detailed analysis of financial and operational variances.
  • Monitor business risks and review risk management processes by reviewing and evaluating risk management strategies adopted.
  • Ensure the regular provisioning of management information to corporate and operational management in a timely and cost effective manner taking into account the varying degree of needs.
  • Implement relevant EHS improvement program to meet company objectives and targets

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • More than 10 years experience with management accounting background, Financial Accounting and Taxation background experience in ERP Implementation will be an added advantage, highly skilled in budgeting and making presentation, implementation of internal control.

Accounting Assistant (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for overlooking the generation of financial statements of the individual estates and the plantation groups and attending to other group and estate level accounting affairs.
  • Overlook in the preparation of financial statements of the estates and the plantation group in compliance to the International Accounting Standard and company’s act and the best accounting practices.
  • To reconcile inter estate current account balances and other control account totals with the subsidiary ledgers.
  • To prepare estate budgets, periodic management reports and submission of them to the senior management.
  • To review the Accounts Payable, monitoring the credit period offered by the suppliers and arranging for payment.
  • To validate transaction batches and authenticating them for posting to the accounting system.
  • To ensure that submission of statutory reports such as employee tax returns and contributions to provident funds have been delivered at their due dates.
  • To facilitate implementation of internal control system and procedures and ensure their compliance by educating support staff to improve their understanding of such system.
  • To ensure adequate provisions have been made for all known liabilities and for the fall in value of the assets.
  • To arrange for the audits, submission of the audit schedules and liaises with them to complete the audit within the scheduled time period.
  • To prepare and submit information required for tax computation.
  • To ensure that the financial accounting system is operated smoothly, data backups are taken regularly, timely attended for troubleshooting and the system is protected for unauthorized access.
  • To keep custody of data files, cheque books and accounting records.
  • To ensure complicity of data entry for daily log sheet (DLS) and cost are charged to respective activity.
  • To ensure Payroll data is processed accurately and posted.
  • To ensure workshop module cost allocation are being carried out and posted correctly.
  • Closing valuation for finished goods are completed on a timely basis and with accurate as per relevant standards and company SOP.
  • To maintain chart of accounts and designing proper codes for the new ledger accounts.
  • To design and incorporate revisions to the report specifications as advised by the FC.
  • To maintain a data and software library, indexing data files and protecting them form unauthorized access.

Business System – Assistant Manager (Kalimantan & Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level application support to IT personal at the SPU.
  • Escalate support issues to Manager Business systems and 3rd party service provides.
  • Test and Apply fixes and patches to business systems on application and database layer level only. (OS Level patch application should be handled through the network admin role).
  • Develop user guide documentation for business systems and conduct end user training.
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the business logic of the systems implemented at the RO and SPU.
  • Understand the information requirements and the key business drivers from an enterprise standpoint.
  • Asses’ information requirements at an enterprise level and escalate to the manager business systems.
  • Review business process and recommend re-design models for process optimizations
  • Co-lead and manage business systems implementation projects at SPU’s.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the business systems support staff at RO and SPU.
  • Ensure compliance with standardization guidelines for systems administration related tasks.
  • Support the implementation of Information Assert Security Policy and procedures.
  • Define and agree with stakeholder on Service Level Agreements (SLA) standards for the optimum performance of business systems across the sector.
  • Provide input and track operational budgets.
  • Make periodic and ad-hoc performance reports to the Manager Business system/Head of IT.
  • Develop extensive technical skills in of database management, configuration, backup and recovery and performance tuning techniques.

  • Work towards building a cordial relationship with 3rd party service providers.
  • Ensure that cross functional skills development to support the role of the “Business Analyst” and/or “Business Systems Manager functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Application systems Administration and Technical support preferably in ERP systems such as Oracle Financials, BeaN, SAP, PeopleSoft etc.
  • Experience in RDBMS such as Oracle and development tools such as J-developer, Oracle forms and reports or any such rapid development tools and a working knowledge of accounting/finance will be an added advantage.

Technical Knowledge

  • Operating Systems – Windows Server. Linux,
  • RDBMS: SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, Informix/DB2, Progress: Install, configure, tune, monitor and Manage.

EHS Assistant / Manager (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop health, safety and environmental compliance policy, procedures and benchmark with industry practices relating to plantation / milling industry. Update as and when required.
  • Setting up audit / compliant procedures so that issues would be addressed before they become problems.
  • Assess risks associated with health, safety and environmental issues and plantation and mill processes and advice the management with options that are pragmatic.
  • Setting up execution plan for periodic audit with well-laid down procedures.
  • Develop social responsibility together with action plan.
  • Implementation of the social responsibility plan with the support of all the stakeholders, which will demonstrate the commitment the company has towards social responsibility.
  • Build effective relations with all pressure groups including villagers, NGOs etc.
  • Setting up staff safety and health standards to eliminate risks associated with hazards at work.
  • Preparation of an Action Plan to get ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accreditation.
  • Update and brief on latest health, safety and environmental laws, Labor Laws, situations Rules. Regulation etc, in Indonesia.
  • Coordinate EHS training programs for operating teams and workforce as well as the required EHS inspections, investigations of accidents occurred & recommendations for improvement & ensuring all Health & Safety toots and equipment are checked an periodical basis.
  • Ensuring the implementation of company RKL (Rencana pengelolaan Lingkungan) and RPL (Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan) and preparing periodic RKL and RPL implementation report.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Others), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Others or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Systems Administrator / Network Engineer / ICT Coordinator (Kalimantan & Jakarta)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a College Diploma or University Degree (Bachelor Degree)
  • At least 5 years experience of managing, supervising and delivering ICT infrastructure operational excellence and ICT related project coordination (for Systems Administrator)
  • At least 8 years experience of design, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshoot enterprise level LAN/WAN (for Network Engineer)
  • •    At least 2-3 years experience to providing first level of support and maintenance for a desktop & laptop computer environment, excellence troubleshooting skills and customer support skills (for ICT Coordinator)

GPS / GIS Assistant (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:
•    You will be required to plan and ensure that the field surveying operation are performed with high level of data integrity for timely development of GIB management tools to aid management decision making,

Requirements:

  • Hold Bachelor (51) Degree Geodesy from reputable Universities
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in GPS Mapping and GPS Geodetic application.
  • Preferably who experienced at plantation site
  • Mastering many type of GPS Receiver especially geodetic type, land survey equipment such as Theodolite, Total Station, compass, clinometers and also familiar with GPS software such as Map Edit, Map Info. Pathfinder Office, OzieExpiorer, Terra Sync

Systems & Control Assistant (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct review programs to ensure the policies and procedures that help ensure management directives are carried out properly.
  • Perform test of control by conducting physical check on the Company’s properties and follow up procedures in safeguarding of the assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare import/ export documentation
  • Presenting customs documents / certification at regulatory bodies
