The Indonesia Infrastructure Initiative (IndII) wishes to appoint a Public Policy Specialist to provide long term policy and program management support to the Directorate for Public Private Partnership Development in BAPPENAS.
The Program Management Specialist will work under the direction of the Public Policy Specialist. This position requires experience in undertaking infrastructure program research and development, conducting reviews and assessments of PPP projects, and managing technical, administrative and logistical arrangements. Two years experience in a similar program management role is required.

- Possess an S1 degree relevant to program management or public policy
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or related program management role, preferably in the infrastructure sector
- Have previous experience managing program logistics and reporting functions
- Have experience working on donor-funded public sector programs
- Have previous experience working with a high level of personal responsibility
